Pros: Tutto. Appartamento comodo e funzionale. Posizione perfetta e molto tranquilla.

Exceptional

Pros: Location away from the crowds is best in Rome - whether you are a tourist, or, like me, visit this location for its proximity to the Foreign Ministry's historical archives (conducting research work there). And the city center was easy to reach in less than 30 mins with public transportation. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, coffee/cocktail bars, convenience stores, etc., in the area. The apartment is big enough to host up to four people - though it's ideal for two. The manager replied to all our needs in a timely manner. Although the apartment was on the first floor (2nd, if you are used to American ways to count floors) facing the main street, it stayed quiet through most of the day and at night. The neighborhood is friendly, and the local venues are meant for locals (though with multilingual staff), which adds to the genuine Roman experience. The apt. was also well-equipped with all kitchenware and other supplies.

Cons: Nothing really - except that I would suggest a small discount for stays longer than 3-4 days, which would make the value for money more appropriate.

Pros: Alloggio molto accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato.

Cons: Un po’ rumoroso per gli infissi e la porta di ingresso poco isolanti.

Pros: Posizione ideale vicino allo stadio. Appartamento ben arredato ed attrezzato. Ottima pulizia. Ottima comunicazione con il gestore.

Soggiorno perfetto!

Pros: Appartamento ben organizzato nei suoi ambienti, arredato con stile, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno di breve o media durata in un quartiere vivace e ben servito. Host molto gentile e disponibile. A pochi metri dall'appartamento facile accesso a bar, ristoranti, tabacchi e comoda fermata dell'autobus che porta direttamente a Roma Termini. Nel complesso davvero soddisfatta!

Pros: L'appartamento è molto pulito ed estremamente funzionale. Siamo stati trattati in modo molto cordiale. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro con il tram. Tutti i servizi sono vicinissimi.

Pros: La posizione, rispetto al Foro Italico che era la nostra meta finale, fantastica: 7 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo mai preso l'auto. L'appartamento è ben congegnato e la doccia molto ampia.

Cons: In primis la mancanza di un parcheggio disponibile nelle vicinanze. Poi, i serramenti delle finestre sono datati e lasciano passare tutti i rumori della strada, compreso il semplice vociare della gente. Sabato sera sembrava di avere la movida in casa.
