I would recommend this accommodation even though it is a bit outside the centre of City.

Pros: The Apartment was beautifully decorated. Very clean and had everything that you would need. It was cold on the day we arrived and it was lovely and warm when we let ourselves in. The keys were in a lockbox. The apartment was on the eight floor and there is a lift in the building. The building was very clean and the few neighbours we did bump into were very friendly and polite. The area had plenty of coffee shops/restaurants/parks etc.

Cons: There is no living room in the apartment so we had to sit in kitchen when we arrived back. After a day of walking etc it would have been nice to have a living room to chill out. Apartment is a bit out so we had to work out tram system to get nearer to centre of city. No big deal but could put people off.

Pros: Very beautiful place, interior. Quick telephone contact with owner in case of any problems. Efficient air conditioning. Near shops, cafes and restaurants, convenient bus stop which takes to center of Rome. Perfect stay!

Nice confortable stay at the apartment

Pros: The apartament is very nice, spacious and clean. For 6 people is amazing because everybody had his own room. The beds are very confortable, also there is a balcony în every room and one în the kitchen. The only problem for us was the distance from the attractions, because there is no metro line and the we had trouble finding bus tickets în the weekend because everything was closed. Also the busses în the weekend don't come very often.

Pros: The apartment is located in a very good area, close to points of interest, means of transport, shops. Very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need (equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.). Everything was clean and well maintained. The host was extremely welcoming and even offered us breakfast at a nearby cafe, a very nice gesture that we appreciated very much. The experience was beyond expectations, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Pros: Very spacious and clean apartment. Nice neighborhood with bars, restaurants, theater and a food market. Perfect to escape the overcrowded tourist areas and enjoy the real Roma, while being relative close to the center.

At first we were hoping to meet Gloria but we were not lucky enough to meet her. We thank her for breakfast.

Pros: The apartment is located in a place that meets all your needs, including a supermarket and a café. As for transportation, it is also very close to go to the city center or the airport. The apartment is very beautiful and clean and has all the kitchen needs. We highly recommend it. The owner of the apartment is in constant contact with us and she is ready to provide any help you need.

Cons: No thing

Pros: The haus was comfortable and very clean. It had everything needed for a short stay. There is a bus stop close to the house.

Big bedrooms and all with airconditioner

Pros: We were six adults and we all have big bedrooms with queen size beds. All communication went through whats app and went very well.

Cons: This apartment was a little bit too far from city centre for us, because we spent mostly of our time sightseeing those tourists attractions. Only one bathroom and little kitchen equipments.

Pros: This apartment is amazing. You can see that all of the apartment is newly furnished. During high temperatures in Rome it is great that every room has an AC. The owner is in contact during the stay and can solve any issues. My friend left a linen dress at the apartment after check-out and our friend who lives in Rome was able to come pick it up. Thank you for the amazing stay. As for the location it has several bus stops nearby, the unreliability of the buses is just Rome thing, so be prepared for that basically anywhere in Rome. :) But there are still good connections to the city centre.

All in all a very beautiful apartment, everyone liked it and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the hosts

Pros: Very spacious, comfortable beds, nice hosts, complimentary tee, coffee & biscuits, very bright & sunny apartment

Cons: Walls are not that soundproof
