Nice and big apartment with great location
Pros: Location great, nice area, connection to the city centre was fine. Apartment clean and good disposition. Nice views.
Cons: Missing umbrellas on the terrase, application for door opening wasnt working time to time. Missing bowls in the kitchen. When requesting something from the person responsible fot the apt , sometimes she didnt come back to us with an relevant answer.

Pros: I liked two separated bedrooms with air conditioning Nice kitchen with tools to make coffee and tea Two bottles of water were offered Very close to the public transport Host is always polite and available
Cons: There were a very few insects near the windows Especially in the bathroom

Pros: This is a great apartment. Spacious, quiet, bright, clean. Has a new kitchen and bathroom. It is set up as a two bedroom, so the layout slightly differs from photos, there is now some balcony furniture but now lacks a couch. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes. The balcony is a really nice at night.
Cons: Only the pillows.

Pros: Appartamento davvero bellissimo, con un balcone spettacolare e una vista meravigliosa. Molto pulito, ordinato e curato nei dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La zona è fantastica, tranquilla e ben collegata, e si trova sempre facilmente parcheggio, cosa davvero rara a Roma. Soggiorno eccellente in una struttura accogliente e ben posizionata. Tornerei sicuramente

Sin frío mejor.
Pros: La terraza es un verdadero lujo. Techos altos que dan mucha sensación de espacio La tranquilidad y servicios de la zona. La ducha es cómoda.
Cons: La cocina no tenía microondas ni ningún producto básico: sal , aceite...... La calefacción no es muy fuerte. Entre las dos habitaciones sólo tenían una manta extra , Mi compañero de viaje tenía frío y cuando pedimos una manta más , nos dijeron que no disponían de mantas. Un poco decepcionante que en Noviembre no tengan ropa extra de cama y no solucionen algo tan simple.

Pros: Nous avons aimé tout l'appartement, la déco, la terrasse et sa vue sur la ville, le calme et la tranquillité, la propreté et surtout l'air conditionné.
Cons: Manque 1 ou 2 essuies de vaisselle. Un petit fauteuil dans chaque chambre serait appréciable et quelques instructions pour ouvrir le gaz et comment gérer les déchets.

Pros: Ein Bett war ausgezeichnet dass andere hatte Nachholbedarf, dennoch hatte man eine top Aussicht mit einer tollen Küche, Badezimmer Fernseher etc. Das alles und vor allem nicht zu vergessen der tolle Balkon ist absolut herausragend für diesen Preis und toll wenn man ein paar Tage Rom genießen möchte
Cons: Der Boden des Balkons war sehr verschmutzt und der Bettbezug hatte leichte sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren ansonsten top

Pros: Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza al Foro Italico, infatti si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 5/10 minuti. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito, luminoso e spazioso, arredato in modo funzionale e moderno....meravigliosa la terrazza sui tetti di Roma! Nei dintorni ci sono localini e ristoranti...con una bella camminata di circa 3 km si raggiunge facilmente Piazza del Popolo e il cuore di Roma. Attenti e gentili i proprietari sentiti sempre via whatsapp. Ritornerei sicuramente!
Cons: Abbiamo trovato l'ascensore fuori uso per manutenzione...nulla di grave! È stato riparato ma ci sarebbe da segnalare che arriva fino al 4\

Schönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und schönem Ausblick
Pros: Zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, eine große Terasse mit tollem Blick über Rom. Das Apartment war sauber und der Zugang dank guter Anleitung unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung war gut. Supermärkte und gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso diverse Buslinien mit guter Anbindung zum Zentrum. Im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. Die beigefügten Fotos wurden von mir von der Terasse des Apartments fotografiert.
Cons: Ein wenig Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise wäre wünschenswert. Vor allem dann, wenn man es Tage vorher kommuniziert und sich das im Zeitfenster von 2-3 Stunden bewegt (frühere Anreise bzw. spätere Abreise).
