Nice Huge Central Apartment

Pros: The apartment is spacious, located in a nice neighborhood with embassies and restaurants, and conveniently close to Roma Termini. It is well connected by surrounding bus stations. The communication with the host was good and efficient. The host was willing to accommodate our request for an early check-in, which was very much appreciated.

Pros: Located near Termini station, well connected with city centre (metro and bus stops nearby), well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of space in the apartment, even for 8-10 guests. Good WiFi, self check-in and check-out.

Cons: Everything was perfect, maybe there could be a grocery store closer to the apartment.

Pros: 방이 4개에 화장실이 2개라 그룹여행자에게 좋아요 냉장고도 커서 장 봐서 넣어놓기 좋습니다

Cons: 숙소 가기 전 계단이 좀 있긴 했지만 그건 로마에선 어쩔 수 없으니까요. 그래도 엘레베이터가 있어서 괜찮습니다.

We were satisfied with our choice.

Pros: Excellent place for bigger families and group of friends. Large bedrooms with enough number of bathrooms. Very close to Termini Train Station.

Cons: A living room with a sofa would have been suitable for the family to spend time together comfortably in the evenings.

magnifique et extrêmement calme

Pros: Extrêmement calme, 3 chambres donnent sur un parc avec des palmiers, la 4è chambre donne sur une cour intérieure sans aucun bruit. Très bel immeuble cossu, très bel appartement, tout est propre, neuf, et fonctionnel, bonne literie, bon linge de toilette, les 3 salles de bain sont neuves. Bien équipé, on a pu faire le diner pour 10 personnes plusieurs soirs sans pb. Et très bien situé, à 5 minutes des thermes de Dioclétien, 10 min de la station Termini, mais dans un quartier d'ambassades. Vrai supermarché CONAD à 5 min. Il y a même un ascenseur (c'est un 1er étage, mais très haut de plafond donc utile pour personnes âgées ou valises). Il n'y a pas de salon, mais seulement une cuisine avec une table pour 6p : nous avons pris les petites tables des chambres pour faire une grande table de 10, et ça passe.

Cons: des petites choses pourraient être améliorées : vraiment radins sur les consommables (1 seule dosette pour lave-vaisselle par jour, alors qu'on était 10 personnes !!), pas de savon ni shampooing, etc... On dirait que tout est fait pour qu'on achète au supermarché et qu'on en fasse cadeau à la fin au propriétaire. Le check-in se fait uniquement en journée, heureusement nous étions arrivés tôt, mais ils n'ont pas l'air très souples ni très modernes pour le check-in.

Pros: La casa es muy grande y espaciosa, limpia y las camas cómodas

Cons: La cuna tenía un colchón demasiado fino y mi hija tuvo que dormir con nosotros porque en la cuna se quejaba

Estancia inolvidable y siempre recomendable

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta ,cerca de Termini por lo que te mueves fácil por metro ,bus y tren…tb barrio tranquilo con servicios…El apartamento tal como se describe en Booking.com…amplio para dos familias (en total 10 personas),bien equipado,cómodo y muy limpio…Emanuela y Giovanni muy atentos en nuestra llegada y durante la estancia.

Cons: Para nosotros todo genial…sin problemas
