Pros: The communication with the host was very good. Entering in the appartment (opening/closing) went smoothly through an application. The appartment was very close to Termini station and to other bus or metro stops. You could find nice restaurants in the surroundings. The appartment is equipped with everything you need for short/long stay and is new and tidy.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment. The host is very helpful and friendly. Location was good, closer to downtown would have been nicer after long walks, but there is metro if necessary. A very pleasant stay overall.

Pros: A great location for those who want a modern apartment within walking distance to Termini station. The area feels safe, especially when compared to other european cities when you book accommodation in close proximity of the main rail station(s). Whilst you could walk to the city centre, you can take the metro and bus to the main tourist sites. However, your best bet is the metro as the traffic is gets gridlocked in the city centre. The host was very lovely and communicative! The kitchen was excellent for making meals and there were plenty of crockery and cutlery provided. If you have ever stayed in an apartment with a dishwasher but they only provide two sets of crockery and cutlery, you'll understand this. The apartment felt safe and private. The inclusion of a wall-safe was a surprise and one we appreciated. Plenty of storage for those who stay longer. Airconditioning and heating is excellent here. Plenty of fridge space.

Cons: The website/portal used to unlock the doors remotely were a little slow to respond but a set of physical keys and RFID tags were provided to make this easier. The under-sink bins can fill up very quickly. It is important to note that the price quoted by Booking.com is almost double that of the actual rental (this is revealed in the contract you are provided by Hostly). Price in the contract was 500+ euros, but I had to pay almost 1000 euros to Booking.com. I questioned this but the person on the phone kept saying that they \

Pros: Very well kept and lovely apartment. Loved the size of the apartment and the communication with the host Antoinette. Excellent shower in the bathroom with super water pressure - much needed after walking those 20K plus steps at Roman sightseeing places.
