Pros: Ottima esperienza, da ritornarci! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 4 adulti e 4 ragazzi e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli, e la presenza di due bagni ha reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo per un gruppo numeroso. La posizione è strategica, con la metro nelle vicinanze, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili. Inoltre, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca un alloggio pratico e accogliente a Roma. Sicuramente torneremo!

Best place to stay in Rome❤️❤️❤️

Pros: We spent 6 nights in the apartment. It has a very good location, not far from the city centre with public transportation. Our room and the bathroom were nice and very comfortable,The market just outside the apartment with fresh vegetables , meat , fish and even cloths. Everything is pefect for family vacation❤️❤️❤️Special thanks to Filippo our host . He is very responsive of all our question and everything what we need. He even booked transportation for us going to the airport. He is the best host ever.

bon séjour mais attention à bien choisir la personne qui accueille

Pros: quartier sympathique et marché bien agréable pour le ravitaillement, bonne température dans l'appartement, douche pour tous sans problème, absence de bruit

Cons: l'arrivée désastreuse , le propriétaire absent ayant donné les clefs à une personne qui n'était au courant de rien et nous sommes restés plus d'une heure à attendre dans la rue avant que cette personne vienne nous ouvrir ! de plus pas de draps pour le lit d'une personne, pas de piles dans la télécommande...

Perfektný apartmán

Pros: Apartmán má veľmi dobrú polohu – trochu mimo centra ale s dobrou dostupnosťou, zastávka metra je cca 500m, aj zastávka autobusu z letiska je v pešej dostupnosti (cca 1 km). Veľký obchod s potravinami je pri zastávke metra, menší minimarket je takmer oproti domu (a ďalšie v blízkom okolí). A každodenné doobedné trhy priamo na ulici pred domom sú úžasné. Na prízemí domu je reštaurácia. Samotný apartmán je na 3. poschodí (bez výťahu), je priestorný, čistý, s dostatočnými úložnými priestormi vo všetkých spálňach, aj v kúpelniach. K dispozícii je aj sušiak na prádlo a žehliaca doska so žehličkou. A v neposlednom rade musím vyzdvihnúť majiteľa, pán Filippo je úžasne ochotný a ústretový – srdečne ďakujeme.
