good location for Roma Tre conference

Pros: ok for the price - the room was newly renovated, bed was comfortable. The building where the suites are located is very nice. Neighborhood is quiet and lively.

Cons: I didn’t like the road to get to the check-in - check-in area is separate from the actual suites/ rooms (end of the same block) and to get there at night you had to walk down a narrow street with very little light. It would be much better to meet guests at the actual room location, especially after dark.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. They had a lot of cleaning supplies provided which was really helpful. The bed was very comfortable according to my friend.

Cons: We got a double bed and a pull out couch instead of two singles beds as requested so be careful of that when requesting two beds just incase as the couch bed wasn't very comfortable. It took a while for us to get the sheets to make the couch bed up, as there was a lot of miscommunication between the staff in the office and cleaning staff. There was no kettle or microwave which took us by surprise. There wasn't really any supplies for the dishwasher which was a bit odd.

Pros: Everything was so good, so clean and value for money

Cons: I just wished the room be a bit more hot

Pros: Great communication! The room was clean and modern. There was also coffee machine that you could use for free. Close to bus stop and metro station. Quiet neighborhood. Great bathroom with good facilities.

Cons: The room had bus stop close but it was quite far from the city center. Only thing i didnt like in the room was that the tv was not smart :P and that I had to pass through a shared area with another room to reach to my private bathroom (where i was entering with password).

A very pleasant stay! Might book again if we return to Rome

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony and could enjoy an evening sunset by a table there. There was also a plumbing issue in our bathroom but it was quickly resolved while we were out. The staff was very helpful.

Cons: The walls were thin. You could hear when someone was entering the rooms using the key codes. You have to be mindful to be more quiet after 9-10pm as not to disturb the other residents.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean.

Cons: The check-out time is too early, considering that the check-in is only from 14:00.

Great place

Pros: Guest House was really comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and very helpfull (esp. Giulia). It was a wondefull week at their place.

Pros: Nice room, clean. Great location, close to the metro and bus station, very helpful and friendly Staff. Aircondition and good equiped bathroom in the room.

Cons: The walls in the room are thin so you can hear in yoir room other people entering the entrance code to get to the bathroom in the morning and during night.

nice, clean place to stay 20 min from Rome center. checking in process can be improved.

Pros: price was cheap for a comfortable stay in Rome. room was nice and clean with daily change of towels and sheets. slippers were provided.

Cons: was asked to filled out a very long form for EACH guest prior to checking in. this is not a realistic expectation / burden to pass along to your guests when we are also busy traveling prior to this trip. normally, we can provide our passport and pay the city tax upon arrival but it is not an option here.

Pros: Very clean, good location, easy and pleasant communication with the staff. Slippers and coffee provided :)

Cons: Quite a modest breakfast.
