Great appartment

Pros: The apartment has all the amenities needed for a stay, and it is in good condition. There are buses and metro stop close by. Also, there is a pick your pizza place nearby, which is quite nice. Federico, the host, was very nice and helpful.

Cons: There is a smell coming out of the shower drainage. Thus, after a day outside, the bathroom smells quite bad. But, to be honest that is just a detail.

Amazing location and super owner

Pros: Very helpful owner. Location was clean, very comfortable,excellent decorated. We have well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom as well as very convinient places for storage. Building was located near park, and we heard birdsongs at the morning. Location was in 10 minutes from metrostation and there were a lot of shops, caffe around. We really enjoyed our vacation and very thankfull to Federico for his hospitality. We reached location late evening but we were so glad that he help us with сheck-in and also we had coffee from super coffe-machine just as we come and he gave good advices regarding shops, restaurants and other details of life in Rome. Thank You so much!!!

We recommend this accommodation, especially for 1–2 people, if only the bedroom will be used.

Pros: Although the neighborhood initially looked a bit poor and run-down at first glance, the location was actually excellent for sightseeing — very close to buses and the Metro. The owner provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, and there were absolutely no issues even though we arrived late, outside of the regular check-in hours. Communication with the owner at any time was truly impressive. We also asked for a few groceries, as it was a public holiday, and everything was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived.

The furniture could have been a bit better — we are not used to such old furnishings, so it felt a little funny to us at times. We also had some issues with one of the beds, which was, to put it mildly, not very comfortable. On trips like this, where you walk a lot and spend long days sightseeing, having a good place to sleep plays a very important role, especially for people over 50. Overall, though, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place for its great location and excellent communication with the host.

Had everything we needed and would recommend.

Pros: The property was perfect for what we needed, had all the basics and more for us to be comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative with us. Would recommend.

Cons: Walking to and from the property from the metro station occasionally felt unsafe but nothing wrong with the road that the apartment is on itself.

Pros: Proche des transports, bonne literie et hôte attentif.

Cons: La salle de bain est un peu petite.

Pros: O anfitrião é excelente e apoiou todas as etapas do processo, desde a entrada até à saída. Recomendo vivamente o alojamento, que tem capacidade para 3 ou 4 pessoas e é muito confortável.

Pros: Hemos estado encantados desde el primer momento, el recibimiento de Federico fue excepcional, y se mantuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de que estuviéramos a gusto, con detalles de cortesía, es un anfitrión increíble. El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio, decorado con mucho gusto, y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas, lo que nos permitió descansar de maravilla. La ubicación también es ideal, muy cerca del metro y bien comunicada con todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Apreciamos mucho el detalle del café, crema e infusiones a nuestra disposición. En resumen, todo ha sido perfecto: un apartamento encantador y un anfitrión de 10. Sin duda, lo recomendamos al 100 % y repetiríamos encantados.
