HOUSE BOCCEA Rome

Lovely stay in a beautiful property.

Pros: House Boccea is a beautiful and spacious apartment; very well kept and all the necessities were there. Francesca and Filippo were very helpful and kind and on hand to help us.

Great for family with kids

Pros: Large apartment, with a very well equipped kitchen, large bath, large living room near the kitchen, and a huge terrace. It was proper for a family with kids; maximum 7-8minutes from a metro station, a useful pizzeria nearby, and also a great cafeteria near the metro station.

Cons: In the business days about 9 o'clock in the evening, the hot water was ended; of course, it is not a host related reason being a centralized service, but just to know when you plan you daily habits :)

Pros: Very spacious and clean house. Near to the bus and metro station to quick access central Rome. Next to the main street with many shop and restaurants.

Cons: The hot water had a problem and electricity was tripped during the hot water issue. But the host came to the house at night and solve the problem. Better to explain to the tenant in advance to take note how to use the appliance to avoid trip the electricity.

Pros: Tutto appartamento fornito di Tutto, super confortevole. Terrazzo spettacolare pozione centralissimo.

Highly Recommend - Fantastic Stay in Rome

Pros: Excellent stay! Our family of four stayed 30 nights in Rome. Apartment was larger than expected. Kitchen was well-stocked. Loved that the metro was a short walk away (buses are even closer). Beds were comfortable. Terrace is enormous. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. Everything was as advertised and clean for our arrival. We loved the daily outdoor produce market. Market is 1 block away and runs Monday - Saturday. Also, there is an enormous grocery store (Pewex) 10-12 minutes walk away and another smaller, but well-stocked, grocery store closer.

Cons: The WiFi was slow -- but I give the hosts a lot of credit, they went to the internet service provider twice to see if they could boost the speed. Our phone hotspots worked fine if we needed faster connection.

Pros: Piękny apartament we wspaniałej lokalizacji,blisko do metra,sklepów,barów. Z dala od tłumów i zgiełku. Bardzo miły gospodarz i bardzo pomocny😀 Polecam bardzo ten apartament.

Pros: L'emplacement, près de tous les services, l'équipement, la propreté, la communication facile avec l'hôte

House Boccea en pareja, como en casa

Pros: La casa estaba mejor de lo que esperaba por las fotos. Las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa. Muy acogedora la cocina-comedor y el baño, y también el resto de la casa, con muchos detalles bonitos.

Cons: Si hubiera habido toldo en el patio, hubiéramos podido comer allí al mediodía, pero estuvimos bien dentro igualmente.

Repetiré sin duda

Pros: Super amplio, y fresco. Tiene todo tipo de extras, desde secador hasta lavadora.

Cons: No tenia tapa el inodoro y era un tanto incomodo. La cama chirriaba un poquito , salvo eso todo de 10.
