Vale a pena! Voltarei!

Pros: O apartamento é belíssimo. Cozinha completa, máquina de lavar roupa, quartos excelentes.

Cons: O ar condicionado do quarto do casal ficava desligando e quando tinha que sair, era necessário levar a chave e quem ficava no apartamento, ficava sem ar condicionado.

Comodo e silenzioso

Pros: L’appartamento è comodissimo sia per posizione che per grandezza, il giardino interno lo rende silenzioso e il quartiere è veramente tranquillo, l’ascensore è perfetto se si hanno molti bagagli o bambini.

Cons: Ci sono delle regole un po’ esagerate per quanto riguarda l’aria condizionata, se si esce di casa anche per poco si è costretti a staccare il clima (altrimenti si paga in più), io non ho trovato giornate particolarmente calde però credo sia una regola da rivedere.

Pros: Apartament foarte bine intretinut, curat, te poti simti ca acasa. Relativ aproape de zona centrala. Gaza primitoare, serviabila. Liniste, curatenie.

Cons: Canapeau din living merita mici reparatii. Nu strica ceva gel de dus universal (sau de mentionat ca nu are in doatare)

Bellissimo appartamento

Pros: L’appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla, con un bellissimo cortile interno e ci sono ristoranti, bar e supermercati in zona, la fermata del bus 910 che arriva direttamente a Termini è vicinissima e l’Auditorium Parco della Musica a pochi minuti a piedi. L’alloggio era ampio, ben attrezzato, pulito e con tutte le dotazioni per un soggiorno confortevole, comprese lavatrice e lavastoviglie, oltre a vari elettrodomestici se si vuole preparare la colazione (frullatore, tostapane, bollitore, macchina del caffè)

Cons: Per le mie esigenze andava tutto bene, oltre le aspettative

Spacious apartment in historical building

Pros: Great and large apartment, perfectly equipped kitchen. The old house has its spirit and it's bestufil and calm place. You are about 15 minutes walk from Underground, big there is also tram station near taking you there in three stops if you want. The location is an local Italian neighborhood so there are local shops and bars/coffees around. You are two subway stations from Vatican and about 5 stations from the Colosseum so the place is really good situated for the Rome exploration. We stayed three nights and we would stay longer next time enjoying the city. There is a parking garage at the same street (use Parclick app) or you could find parking place around if you are lucky during day. Evenings and Mornings are crowded and there is not much space around. When visiting Rome next time, this will be our pick number one.
