Well located apartment

Pros: Great location. Good value for money apartment large, well stocked and clean.

Cons: Check in could have been smoother and sofa bed could have been more comfortable and better linen. No duvet!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is roomy The kitchenette is well equipped but difficult to cook in comfortably because of the size

Cons: Lots of steps to carry my luggage up and I was worried about needing a phone that worked in order to enter the apart however Pier was very helpful and had plan b if my esim didn't work

Well worthy of a stay, with everything you could possibly want from a centrally located apartment and more.

Pros: It was super clean, comfortable with everything that you needed and that little bit extra. I felt really at home here. It was right in the mix of evening life so coming home from being out all day was really nice; you could relax, refresh, redress and step out and basically in to one of the many lovely restaurants! It was so close to some of the great attraction’s that you could pop for a pint of milk and find your self at the Spanish steps. The host Pier is a diamond and true gentleman!

A perfect spot to chill out after an exhausting day on the tourist trail

Pros: Perfect location, on tourist route from Spanish Steps to Trevi Fountain secure unit; excellent air conditioning ; magnificent spacious shower; Supermarkets nearby Only 5 -10 mins from the nearest Metro station at the Spanish temps(Spagna)

Pros: The apartment is very large and spacious. Great air conditioning to escape the summer heat. Little things like coffee and water were nice additions. The place is very clean and well looked after. Great location

Pros: The location is very safe and very central to restaurants, shops and 5 mins from the Spanish steps and Spanga metro. It’s got everything you could think of! Exceptionally clean and the host was amazing. Responsive, kind and bent over backwards to help us. The host and the apartment are outstanding.

The best location, right after you go out of apartment your trip in Rome starts, this is the best thing in your journey.

Pros: The best location in old district of Rome. We had everything we needed very near. If you want to feel Italy’s old soul you have to sleep in this apartment.

Apartment living in the heart of Rome

Pros: Central location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and many churches and historical sites. Great size, cosy and warm with a great coffee machine and free coffee pods. The furnishings were lovely. Highly recommend.

Cons: There was some noise from outside which was minimal enough not to bother me but some guests may wish to bring ear plugs.

Nice apartment in a great location, provided you don't mind the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Pros: The apartment is located between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, so in a great location. The apartment is spacious with everything you may need. There is a supermarket about 50 metres away. The addition of a sauna in the shower room is an added bonus.

Cons: What not listed in the description is that the apartment in on the 2nd floor with 4 sets of stairs to get to it. This maybe difficult for some people with a lot of luggage. There is no lift. There is no washing machine as listed, however it does have a dishwasher. Also I did not receive any instructions on how to enter the property before my arrival. I was left standing in the rain at the street entrance, phoning the owner for details. The owner was able to remotely open the doors on the street and the door to the apartment. There are no instructions on how to use the sauna. I had to ask the owner for the details.
