The Best Rent - Gorgeous one-bedroom apartment near Piazza di Spagna

Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The ease of everything from booking right to check out, nothing was a bother (we asked for duvets due to my fathers illness he gets very cold on an evening even in the 27 degree heat! And this wasn’t an issue and were delivered in a few hours!) the hosts were exceptional and quite literally a message away! The apartment was clean, tidy and all set out for us when we arrived despite arriving earlier than we’d planned! There are SO many shops and restaurants nearby which offer exceptional food ! I cannot fault this team and this apartment at all! I would 110% stay here again!

Pros: Great LOCATION, everything was in walking distance. Very secure location, proximity to shops, grocery, gelato, restaurants, shopping mall, etc...

Cons: Great appartment but a bit too humide, was uncomfortable at some times

Pros: Very well equipped and clean apartment. Location very central .It was like home from home. Excellent support service from assisted check in and Eric who met us ,brought us to apartment, showed us around. Would definitely stay again .10 out of 10

Cons: Shower hot water not working right, water too cold .This is only problem we had,just want to highlight it so it can be fixed for next guest.

Pros: 1.) The location was perfect and in the heart of everything. Easy access to public transportation and restaurants 2.) lots of closet space and spacious living room and bedroom area

Cons: We liked almost all except that there were many knats or fruit flies in the apartment even though we had sprayed repellent. We didn't really leave food laying around and through trash out immediately but we just didn't know where they were flying in from. We loved the location so much that we tried to live with it and spray everyday and every corner to get them away

L’appartement parfait pour découvrir Rome !

Pros: L’emplacement est génial pour découvrir Rome. L’appartement est frais, ce qui est un vrai plus pour supporter l’été ! Il est grand, bien équipé, beau. Les hôtes sont très agréables et répondent très rapidement aux messages.

Cons: L’appartement est mal insonorisé, on entend les gens passer dans la cage d’escalier, on entend les habitants des appartements à côté et tous les passants dans la rue. Une rue (ou une cour, je ne sais pas) se situe très proche de la fenêtre du salon, donc n’importe quel passant peut voir dans l’appartement très facilement. L’appartement n’est pas très lumineux et surtout très humide (notre linge a mis 2 jours à sécher). Malgré cela, il n’y avait pas de moisissures.

Pros: Me encantó tenía mucho a detalles como cápsulas para la cafetera y pastilla para la lavadora. Nos dejaron una bolsita para cada uno con unas zapatillas de baño y botecitos de gel, bastoncillos del oído y hasta lima de uñas. Todo muy detallista

Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il se trouve à proximité des restaurants, tout près de la fontaine de trevi et à proximité de piazza venezia sans oublier bien sûr piazza espagna.

Pros: Все було чудово,розташування на центральні вулиці, але супермаркети та кафе у кроковій доступності. Люди усі привітливі, навіть якщо не розуміють англійську мову, але намагються допомогти у будь-якмх питаннях. Все сподобалось.
