Luxury Three Bedrooms flat in Roma Center

Was easy check in and out. Staff were accommodating and helpful

Pros: Apartment was very nice, clear, near to all atraction. I was there with 4 kids and 4 adults. We enjoyed ourselves, everything was close to us market, mc donalds for kids of course :) Train station Termini so near, lot of buses...But we are walking lot of because Rome you must feel . Highly recommended for all. Best regards

Pros: There was plenty of space for 7 of us. Two bathrooms. Three bedrooms. Location was very central. 5 minutes walk to the main station for great transport links and only 20 minutes walk to the colloseum.

Cons: The road is very busy, day and night. Take ear plugs. I always take them with me anyway, but being in this location it's a must.

Pros: Good location; near central station. lots of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Easy to walk anywhere in Rome.

整體舒適，交通便利，一邊體驗羅馬公寓也可以好好休息的屋子。

Pros: 離Termini車站步行10分鐘內，行李箱不會太難拖行。周邊有公車站，交通便利。接待人員親切的介紹房內設施，臥室空間好大，wifi也很順暢，有洗衣機，CP值高。

Cons: 衛浴空間小而且有水管味，屋內地板有灰塵沙沙的，一定要穿拖鞋！建議加強地板清潔。餐廚用品比較舊但堪用，電茶壺有厚厚水垢（是羅馬水質問題），建議自備電茶壺會更好！

Tolle Wohnung zum Erkunden von Rom mit super Internet.

Pros: Die Wohnung war deutlich größer, als wir es erwartet hatten. Die Schlafzimmer war (sehr) groß, der Wohn-/Essbereich auch. Das Internet war absolute Spitze (450 mBit download/250 mBits upload). Streaming, Roblox etc. funktionierte alles einwandfrei, fast besser als zu Hause in Deutschland. Es gitb eine Waschmaschine, die gut funktioniert und angenehm leise ist. Die Lage für Ausflüge nach Rom ist perfekt (keine 20 Min zu Fuß bis zum Kollosseum), ebenso die Anbindung an die Bahn. Das Flughafenshuttle haben wir ebenfalls über den Vermieter organisiert, was super geklappt hat.

Cons: Für Kaffee gibt es nur einen italienischen Espressokocher und keine Kapselmaschine. Die Zimmerdecken der Badezimmer könnten mal wieder gereinigt werden. Nachts kann es auf der Straße vor dem Haus laut sein (hupende Autos, bellende Hunde, etc.) - mich hat das aber nicht gestört, man ist halt in der Stadt und die Lage ist perfekt.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, blisko głównych węzłów komunikacji i zabytków. Mieszkanie duże i czyste. Ogromny plus za 2 łazienki. Byliśmy w 6 osób dorosłych i było wystarczająco dużo miejsca. Obsługa miła, szybko odpowiada na pytania.

Cons: Brak minusów. Chociaż w apartamencie niestety nie było zmywarki do naczyń.

Pros: Sehr zuvorkommender, höflicher und freundlicher Gastgeber, Check-In war problemlos um 21.30 Uhr möglich. Kommunikation auf Englisch hat super funktioniert. Der Bahnhof Rom Termini ist nur 8 min von der Wohnung entfernt, allerdings muss man auf dem Weg zu Wohnung an ein paar zwielichtigen Gestalten vorbei. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig innerhalb von 20 min gut zu erreichen. Alternativ gibt es eine Metrostation am Bahnhof. Tickets für die Metro sind preislich gut.
