Comfort & kindness

Pros: The first thing I want to highlight is the kindness of the woman who rented us the house. We were supposed to travel from Germany to Rome for two days and then continue to Naples. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by a day, so we arrived in Rome one day late. We only stayed overnight and had to check out by 10:00 the next morning, which meant we didn’t get to see the city at all. The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she even offered to let us leave our luggage at her mother’s nearby hotel, free of charge. That made a big difference for us. The apartment was spotless and very spacious. We were four adults and two children, and we were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms and two showers was a great convenience. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the Colosseum and other major attractions. I truly wish we could have stayed one more night. Thank you again to Lily and her lovely family for the warm welcome! — Gülnar

Spacious top floor character apartment

Pros: Spacious and clean. Good location near Termini for flight the next day, and overlooks piazza Manfredi Fanti. The host was helpful and lovely

Pros: Very good location in you come to Rome from airport by train. Near metro station and all Rome must see max 3 km distance to walk. Enough space for family with 5-6 people

Cons: Some of furniture needs to be repaired or replaced by new, for example table in dining room. No shower gel, shampoon and also mist tablets for dishwashing machine although kitchen is provided with it.

Pros: We really liked the overall aesthetic of the house and the spacious, comfortable areas it offered. Additionally, the two large bathrooms were a significant advantage, perfectly accommodating our needs.

Cons: What we didn’t like was that the elevator was very small (it could only fit two people), which made moving around difficult since we were staying on the 5th floor and had to make several trips up and down to get to our room, especially as there were seven of us in total. Additionally, we were asked to pay the taxes and the security deposit in cash, as there was no POS available for card payments.
