Wonderful apartment a few minor issues
Pros: Great central location, close to restaurants and shops. The host had great communication and was friendly. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent kitchen ammenities and two bathrooms
Cons: Master bathroom shower drain was completely blocked and the other bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The front door was very hard to open and required the strength of 2 people

An excellent place to stay in Rome - top location, very well equipped, convenient, extremely clean.
Pros: Exceptional place in terms of locations, conditions and overall experience
Cons: The hot water is a bit inconsistent, not too hot and 2 people cannot take showers simultaniously in both bathrooms as the water is not strong enough

Pros: Really beautiful apartment in a prime location, well equipped. Close to a lot of sights and quiet at the same time. Easy to communicate with host The stairs were indeed steep but we were prepared thanks to the photos so it was not an issue at all
Cons: The key safe is in a really inconvenient place, parks or scooters usually park in front of it and I really had to squeeze in when replacing keys - this would have been a mission impossible for many (included photo for reference - I had to go into that tiny space between the car and the wall to replace keys)

Lovely stay for family of 4
Pros: Excellent location. Secure. Lovely finish to appartment. Comfortable beds. Fully furnished with all equipment needed for stay. Clean. Quirky roof terrace. Good bathrooms.
Cons: Nothing. It was fantastic accomodation in a central location.

Estancia perfecta si no te surge ningún problema que tengas que contar con los dueños.
Pros: Ubicación, muy limpio, bonito, grande y muy cómodo.
Cons: Muy mala comunicación con anfitriones. Éramos 3 y solo prepararon cama para 2. Tuvimos que dormir la primera noche los tres en una cama de matrimonio. No encontrábamos la manta para la tercera persona y fue muy difícil entenderse con ellos. Hasta el final del segundo día no conseguimos que nos dijesen dónde estaba.

Pros: Excelente ubicación y limpieza. Muy cómodo. Todas las instalaciones perfectas (mobiliario, vajilla, agua caliente, ditrivucion de ambientes)
Cons: Tiene escaleras angostas y pronunciadas para el ingreso a la propiedad y se dificulta con las vainas. Además, fue algo difícil entender donde estaban las llaves para el ingreso.

Pros: Месторасположение. Все есть для комфортного проживания: кухня, два санузла, кондиционеры и все такое
Cons: Система отопления( сами отключались батареи, тк это под крышей( и крыша не утеплена), быстро охлаждалась квартира- были в конце декабря. В одном из санузлов нет вентиляции и стоит очень отвратный запах- появляется периодически . Внезапно отключился свет( ели нашли рубильники( в квартире не то) пришлось искать на улице- если что там есть металлическая дверь, так вот за ней, мало ли кому понадобиться. И самое неприятное- эта проблем у решали сами, владельцы не реагировали ни на письма на на звонки.

Pros: Ottima posizione, in centro vicinissima a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Sfruttando il comodo divano letto e la camera, separati da una porta, si sfruttano 2 locali dotati di bagni separati completamente attrezzati. Piccola cucina, minimal ma ben sfruttabile. Per 4 persone è perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
