Great place to stay in Rome. Great for a small family

Pros: Room was spacious, comfortable with a range of appliances. Great for families. Location was perfect, right in the centre and walkable to all attractions.

Cons: At times the fridge could be a little loud, but other than that everything was great.

Super host and super place in a super location

Pros: Fantastic room with all the amenities and host was very helpful even got an extension for check out which was very handy. Location was right next to Parthenon, so exceptional place in an exceptional location

Great location for a short stay in Rome.

Pros: It was really easy to follow Federico's directions n how to get into the property. The location was superb with many good shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the Pantheon which was a bonus. The gifts left in the fridge for us were much appreciated.

Great location,would recommend,Definitely come back!

Pros: Great location near everything you want to see. The room was super clean and bed so comfortable.

Cons: Only found this on the first night the resident upstairs was very loud and sounded like moving furniture around all night. But heard nothing the night after.

Pros: The apartments are located in the best possible location :) it is really very convenient to get to anywhere from here and enjoy the splendid city of Rome by the way. Moreover, all the needed facilities like shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants are also nearby. The apartments have all you may need, like kitchen equipment, hair dryer and so on. The host is very hospitable and makes you happy with very delicious welcome desserts (by the way they look like self-made 🤤) He is always in touch and ready to do everything for your comfortable stay. I highly recommend to stay at Casa Annamaria!

שהייה טובה ונעימה במיקום מעולה

Pros: אהבנו מאוד את המיקום והיופי של המקום. דירה מאוד גדולה ונוחה. הרוב היה נקי ומוכן לקראתנו. הקשר עם הבעלים היה טוב לפני ואחרי העזיבה. שכחנו בטעות להשאיר מס עירוני בעזיבה והוא היה מאוד אדיב ועוזר.

Cons: בחדר נשארו שאריות אוכל של אורחים קודמים. משערים שזה בטעות ובכל זאת זה היה מבאס. סבון מוצק - נעשה בו שימוש. פחות כיף.
