Great location near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona
Pros: My husband and I stayed in this ground floor apartment for 7 nights. It’s in a terrific location, just a short walk from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. There are several supermarkets (Carrefour Express and Coop), and plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The kitchenette was furnished with a small table and stools, and the large bedroom was furnished with a flat screen TV. The kitchenette was equipped with a small fridge freezer, kettle, pod coffee machine and an electric cooktop. A microwave and cafetiere would have been terrific. There was a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. We thought that the apartment was terrific – but it was very damp, and the whole apartment smelt musty. We were very happy with the friendly and responsive service from Maria and Simona. This is a great option for a central Rome stay.

Cons: If needed to be pedant then the tv is a bit to small but who even uses the tv in his vacation

Comfy bright cave in Rome
Pros: It was very clean, very quiet, and comfortable. I did wish that there was a window onto the city, as I didn’t really feel like I was in Rome while we were in our room. That said, after we were very much “in bologna” the next night and barely slept because it was so loud, I was missing this place! It is so central and fairly easy to find.
Cons: It is difficult when traveling to know the exact time you will arrive, but since this is a single apartment with no lock box or anything, they need to meet you at a specific time. This can be stressful if you don’t have service and would prefer to not be on a tight timeline just to arrive at your accommodations.

It is clean and in the middle of all the things we wanted to do. Also had a washer/dryer.
Pros: Location, Location, Location. It was clean and as described. For being in the middle of everything, it was really quiet. The price couldn't be beat.
Cons: It was really humid, almost like a cave. We washed clothes and went to air dry, but they wouldn't dry. This is nitpicky but the nightstands are super small and hard to charge a bunch of electronic devices.

Een heel leuk appartement in het hart van Rome!
Pros: - Een zeer goed contact met de host, zowel voor onze aankomst, bij de overhandiging van de sleutels als tijdens ons verblijf; - Het appartement ligt op 300 meter van het Pantheon, in het hart van Rome, alles is te voet bereikbaar en je geraakt er vlot met de bus van aan het Termini station; - Een zeer comfortabel bed; - De keuken is goed uitgerust, op het kookvuur kan je makkelijk wat pasta bereiden, er zijn voldoende potten en pannen, en er is een Nespresso toestel aanwezig; - Een degelijke set handdoeken (gastendoekjes, handdoek, badlaken); - Het is een echte 'hideway', eenmaal je de poort achter je dichttrekt, zit je plots in een andere wereld, heerlijk !
Cons: In één van de beoordelingen staat vermeld dat er een zekere vochtigheid is in het appartement. We hebben dit inderdaad ook ervaren, de ramen dampen makkelijk aan en in de badkamer hangt een vage geur van vocht. Omdat het appartement goed verwarmd en verlucht kan worden, hebben we hier echter geen last van ondervonden: er kruipt geen geur of vochtigheid in kledij of beddengoed. Aangezien het appartement in een oud gebouw zit, lijkt het bijna onvermijdelijk, zeker tijdens de koudere wintermaanden. Dit heeft echter geen afbreuk gedaan aan onze positieve ervaring, twijfel zeker niet om dit pareltje te boeken !
