Grate location and ideal if you want visit Rome walking

Pros: The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from pantheon

Cons: The boiler didn’t work properly… water was cold in two minutes

Pros: Amazing little apartment. Was so close to everything, 15 minute walk to most of the must see places eg: Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps etc.. would definitely stay here again. Had one small issue with power outage and staff immediately responded and issue was fixed straight away. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation. Perfect location

Pros: Central location. Beautiful old building with a comfortable room.

Cons: Hard to use kitchen appliances as the cords don’t easily reach the power point in the kitchen and have to stretch across the kitchen doorway. Bathroom is very small. Getting into and out of the over bath shower was difficult.

Great location and beautiful apartment!

Pros: Awesome location and beautiful apartment! It was easy to find and we had a friendly greeting upon arrival. It also felt very safe and secure with all the amenities you could ask for!

Cons: There isn't much not to like! We did notice the one day as we were leaving that there was a suitcase thrown about at the entrance but assumed it was from a lovers quarrel from the upper apartments which gave us a little chuckle!

Great location for the sights, a real home from home!

Pros: Excellent location, really close to everything. Room was cosy and comfortable, like a home from home. The man who met us with the keys was extremely helpful with tips for a taxi app and when I couldn't find the hairdryer, they replied straight away to my message (it was under the sink all along!) Would definitely stay here again, it was a bargain for the location, thank you!

Nice romantic place

Pros: The location is very good, should you stay for a weekend or few days more, it's a perfect match. It is in a quiet place, but in historical center. You get to all important places just by feet, except of Vatican, there you would need to drive. I've heard no rumores, and slept peacefully. It was easy to collect and submit the keys, although the timing was not perfect for me, so be careful with early morning arrival.

Cons: I would appreciate adjusting the water closet seat) just change it to more appropriate one. Not so much space to store your things. We came up only for a long weekend and had no much things with us. If you plan to take a luggage-maybe you will need a bigger space for that.

Wonderful!

Pros: Andrea’s place was so convenient to everything we needed to see in Rome. We walked everywhere. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and cool. Andrea was a great host especially when our communication to advise our later arrival time failed. He went out of his way to make sure we could get in.

A wonderful Roman interlude, I would stay here again.

Pros: The location was excellent and everything was very comfortable. I didn’t lack anything, and it was great to have the little kitchen for making some meals.

Cons: The toilet seat needed fixing, but I didn’t ask for it to be fixed while I was there, so I can’t comment on how quickly it was resolved.
