Living Testaccio - Modern Apartment

Spacious, Quiet Apartment with Smooth Check-In

Pros: Check-in was seamless thanks to the keycode system, super easy and convenient. Communication was smooth throughout, and the host was very responsive to any questions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. It’s also well located, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away.

Cons: A couple of small things to note: the key for the main building door can be a bit finicky; it takes a little wiggling to get it to work. The kitchen could use a few more basic items, and there were no coffee pods provided, so just be sure to bring your own (most places we’ve stayed at usually include a couple to get started.) Also, some of the cupboards and closets are placed quite high, which might be a bit inconvenient if you’re not very tall.

Highly recommend

Pros: Close to center and amenities. And the hosts provided great support. Also provided were breakfast vouchers for each day (coffee, juice and pastey) at a great coffee shop nearby. Recently renovated place and spotless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again if we return to Rome

Pros: Great location, very near great restaurants and a cute neighborhood square many people come out to be at. The Air conditioner works amazingly. The door man was super nice. Laundry was a block away.

Cons: The beds were box spring with 1 inch foam on top. Far from unbearable, but probably the only complaint

Pros: Appartement au top. Supet Emplacement . Proche de tout.

Cons: il manquerait peut-être un grand miroir. Mais bon 4 filles qui se prépare à sortir 😅😉

Pros: Posizione ottima per le nostre esigenze. Appartamento ampio con due camere e due bagni

Cons: Carenze nel set di cortesia cui in parte hanno sopperito in giornata, in parte abbiamo risolto autonomamente.

Super Lage in Testaccio

Pros: Sehr schönes Appartement. Ein Plus sind die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Besitzerin. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde sehr toll eingegangen. Nette hilfsbereite Nachbarn, ein Portier ist auch manchmal da. Tolle ruhige Lage, sehr gute Anbindungen, ob zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Tür. Auch zum Flughafen. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das Frühstück mit den Vouchers ist um die Ecke und sehr lecker. Es war aber auch eine Lavazza Kapselmaschine mit Kapseln da und eine erste Flasche Wasser.

Cons: Küchenschränke und Kleiderschränke sind sehr hoch, hier wäre ein kleiner Tritt gut. Ein elektrischer Wasserkocher fehlte leider in der Ausstattung (für uns wäre er hilfreich gewesen).
