Great value for money in a cozy family home.
Pros: A great place to stay with very cozy family vibes, My children enjoyed going through the collection of books and music records back from 1980-1990s. A lot of small details in the apartment remind of the life before the internet, which adds a bit of a sweet nostalgic tone. The host was truly helpful at all times and recommended locations for breakfast and leisure.
Cons: At first it was a bit difficult to figure out the water and heating, but the host was helpful and everything was resolved.

Pros: La localisation de l'appartement est idéal : métro pyramide à 10 minutes à pied, plusieurs lignes de bus à 5 minutes à pied, le Tibre à 3 minutes de marche, des commerces, des restaurants ! L'appartement en lui même est top : 2 grandes chambres, idéale pour une famille, une cuisine équipée, une lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle, un beau salon, tout y est pour être à l'aise Enfin, Suzy est une super hôte, qui répond rapidement à nos questions et est de précieux conseils. Nous recommandons vivement.

heerlijk wonen in een mooi deel van Rome
Pros: Het appartement is heel erg ruim, met een ruime keuken een grote woonkamer, een moderne badkamer en twee slaapkamers. Heel dicht in de buurt vind je meerdere bus- en tramhaltes om alle kanten van Rome te bereiken. Kaartjes voor openbaar vervoer hiervoor koop je bij de tabakwinkel om de hoek. Mooie woonwijk waar nauwelijks of geen toeristen te vinden zijn. En een geweldig pizzarestaurant één straat verderop.
Cons: Het is jammer dat de beide slaapkamers aan de toch best drukke straat gelegen zijn. Een raam 's nachts open zetten is geen optie.

Apartamento excelente!
Pros: Todo muy bien, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, amplio, muy cómodo para mi familia de 4 personas, buen barrio ,sin ruidos molestos, muy limpio ,con todo lo necesario para limpieza de la cocina ,y algunas cosas para el desayuno y condimentos para cocinar, si bien es un primer piso por escalera, tiene un pequeño ascensor muy útil para subir las valijas . Sin dudas volvería. Lo pasamos muy bien aunque solo estuvimos 3 noches

Pros: El portal y el portero genial. El baño estaba genial, muy amplio y con varios grifos, una ducha grande...Muy buena ubicación, cerca del vaticano y aun más del coliseo.

Pros: Location is very good. On walkable distance from the most important places. The apartment was well equipped.
Cons: Beds were very inconfortable and there is no noise insulation. On closed windows you still hear people talking on street and the windows are looking at a noisy street.

Pros: Consiglio vivamente la struttura per un soggiorno piacevole e lontano dalla confusione. Si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a dieci minuti dalla metro, vicino alla fermata di autobus e tram. Super consigliata soprattutto in caso di concerti a Circo Massimo perché in dieci minuti si raggiunge il punto tranquillamente a piedi. La zona è super servita e nonostante il self check in (facilissimo), Susy è sempre pronta per un’assistenza impeccabile. Ci ritorneremo!
