A very comfortable and pleasant stay in a perfectly located, clean, and well-equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped, and felt very safe. It was also very peaceful and quiet since it faces the inner courtyard, so there was no street noise. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Also friendly service and excellent communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Little bit of hassle trying to check in but host was in constant touch while getting it resolved. Plenty of room in the apartment and close to bus stop for train station.

Great location, good property

Pros: The staff were lovely. Alberto greeted us and was very helpful. This is a great apartment and location for the Trastevere area.

Cons: The pillows weren’t comfortable, would recommend the staff update these. The couch also had a very stained blanket over the top of it, which didn’t make us feel very comfortable about cleanliness of the property.

Very good accommodation and Alberto’s recommendations definitely increased the overall positive experience we had in Rom

Pros: Great location, spacious, cozy, had everything you require including washing machine. Alberto met us at the accommodation and helped us in, he also gave us a list of restaurants recommendations that were all fantastic.

Cons: Didn’t have great soundproofing and the neighbour were incredibly loud at all hours of the night/morning, which impacted sleep.

Pros: perfect location! trastevere is definitely mone of the better choices to stay at rome – restaurants, nice neighborhood, bars and it's nearby the most attractions of the city. the flat is great for a couple, with amenities, a well-equipped kitchen and enough space. really recommend. the host is polite, with prompt answers – thanks for everything, andrea. if you are considering staying in rome, go for it!

Pros: Excellent location with lots of restaurants and a shop nearby. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and most sights are within walking distance. Отличное расположение: рядом много ресторанов и магазинов, всё под рукой. Квартира просторная, светлая, полностью оборудована необходимым — есть всё для комфортного проживания. До большинства достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, поэтому почти не пользовались транспортом. Идеальный вариант, если хочется жить в удобном месте и в большом, полноценном жилье, а не в маленьком номере.

Cons: The only downside is the early 10:00 check-out, especially as there’s no luggage storage. Also, to watch anything on the TV you need to log into your own streaming accounts, which isn’t very convenient. Единственный минус — время выезда в 10:00 показалось немного ранним, особенно с учётом того, что камеры хранения нет, и чемоданы оставить негде. Телевизор в квартире есть, но чтобы что-то посмотреть, нужно авторизоваться в своих сервисах — это не очень удобно, если не хочется вводить личные данные.

Buen departamento

Pros: Ubicación. Moderno y amplio. Cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas y lavarropas

Cons: Estuvimos 7 dias y no cqmbian la ropa blanca. Al menos tendrían que dejar 2 juegos de toallas y sábanas. Falta estante en la ducha. El ascensor es muy pequeño

Amplio, cercano a varios bares y buenas instalaciones.

Pros: El lugar es muy accesible para llegar desde el Aeropuerto y queda muy cercano a los bares para salir a cenar de noche. El espacio interno es grande y estuvimos muy cómodos. Muy bueno que incluya lavarropas para aquellos q venimos recorriendo. Además había cosas que te salvan de comprar como sal y aceite. Es muy recomendable.

Cons: Si bien el lugar tiene ventanas, es medio oscuro porque está bastante pegado a otro depto. Igual por supuesto hay luces dentro. Solo es un detalle que si estás todo el día recorriendo ni lo vas a notar. A veces se escuchaba de afuera una especie de pitido fuerte que sonaba como un zumbido, estimo q será de un garage cercano o similar pero por suerte durante la noche no se escuchaba, más q nada después q salía el sol.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, możliwość wypoczynku, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie.
