Green house di Alberto

Pros: Alberto is a very kind and great host. From the beginning to the end we felt like at home. The apartment is very clean, warm and it has everything you can need to feel in Rome but far from the city chaos. It's located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood and it has 2 metro stations close so you can reach the city in about 30 minutes.

Cons: Location is not very convenient especially when the nearest metro line is closed but I guess it's something related to the dates we stayed in Rome.

Pros: I liked everything, the old house, the charming garden. The owner Alberto is very hospitable. The location is excellent. It seems like you are outside the city, although in fact the place is not far from the city center and the metro is a few minutes walk away.

Perfect vacation.

Pros: It is a comfortable house with garden close to everything you need including the metro station and the bus line for the town. Highly recommended.

Pros: The garden , peaceful environment, nearest metro, cool and humble host . Wifi speed, air conditioning kitchen equipment are super.

Pros: Alberto's house is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The house was clean and perfectly located within walking distance of two metro stations, grocery stores, bars, and bus stops. Alberto was very prompt in answering our questions and kind in offering advice.

Good value for money

Pros: Alberto,the host was really friendly,helpful with any enquiry we had. He always answered quickly to our message even before we arrived. The accommodation is relaxing,quiet,it has every facilities you need even at home,only microwave oven is not there. There are 2 TV-s,air conditioning, towels,linen,kitchen facilities, travel adaptors,electrical mosquito repellent,toilet paper rolls,enough cupboards,space to sit and relax in the garden. The transport is quite good to the centre of Rome.We used the metro lines with a 7 days ticket which was €24.It is worth to buy.It is valid on bus,train,tram,metro inside Rome but some regional train also out of Rome.(to Ostia for example). If you use the Malatesta metro station to get off you find a Lidl,another good grocery shop with good price. Around Malatesta station there is a vendor Kebabone.I really recommend it if you wish to eat a good kebab.They have big portion for good price.There are always queue there but worth to wait.

Cons: The only thing is which he has to really improve the cleanliness.

Pros: Friendly host with all the information you need. House has a lot of charm and character, lovely garden. Also in a quiet neighbourhood where you wake up to a sound of birds chirping.

We spent five nights there to visit our friends in the neighborhood.

Pros: It is amazing to feel as if you are in the country in Rome and the garden is wonderful. Alberto is so friendly and accommodating; he could not have been nicer or more helpful!

Un angolo di paradiso in città

Pros: Giardino splendido che sembra ancora più bello perché comunque all’interno di una metropoli e a pochi passi dalla fermata metro. Alberto, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e ti fa sentire “a casa”. Consigliatissimo

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse hos Alberto. Boendet ligger i ett väldigt lugnt område en bit utanför centrum men med bra kommunikationer in till staden via tunnelbana. Väldigt fin och lugn trädgård där det var skönt att komma tillbaka efter att ha vistats ibland mycket folk hela dagen. Fantastiskt värd för boendet!
