Perfect location and cosy clean apartment

Pros: It's a spacious, clean and very complete apartment. Train, tram, bus nearby, all from station Roma Trastevere. Shops and restaurant very close. Contact with the host was very easy and helpful.

Cons: The way from the station to the apartment is busy and the neighbourhood is not that clean and feels somewhat 'suburbish'. The nearby Trastevere centre is nice and reachable by tram or foot (15-25 min).

Great place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Service was excellent from Flaminia. The apartment was large and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay there. Iper pewex shop just over the road.

Cons: No microwave but not a deal breaker.

Nice but needs some improvements

Pros: -well positioned -clean and very well looking apartament

Cons: -low water pressure (i waited 15 minutes to have some hot water) -the apartament does not have an iron for clothes, we did the entire vacantion having wrinkles on clothes -the noise maked by the trains can be disturbing

Pros: I would like to share my opinion on this apartment. First of all, the host was very kind and helped us with different details as well as allowed us to leave our luggage longer. Secondarily, it's a cleanliness in the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy! Defenetly, it's a good choice for weekend in Rome!😍

Pros: Wygodny, przestronny apartament. Wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Miła i pomocna Pani Flamina. Wszędzie można dojechać bez problemu komunikacją miejską.

Pros: Sono stata molto bene, salone molto comodo con tanta luce naturale. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Sono stata benissimo tornerei volentieri.

Хорошо, если путешествуешь втроём.

Pros: Просторные чистые апартаменты с высокими потолками, есть все необходимое, включая стиральную и кофейную машину, душ джакузи. 3 комнаты: спальня, салон-кухня, и комната с односпальной кроватью. Для 3их человек комфортное место.

Cons: Поезд ездит прямо под окном, шум от поезда мешал спать, приходилось закрывать окно и жалюзи, было не так шумно, но все равно слышно. За заезд после 22.00 берут 20 евро дополнительно. До ресторанов трастевере идти пешком 30 минут или ехать на автобусе. Кровати жёсткие.

Pros: Das Loft war sehr sauer und sehr modern eingerichtet,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Kontaktperson war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Bar und Restaurant direkt vor der Tür. Kurzer Fussweg zum Bahnhof Busbahnhof und Taxis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!
