Lovely apartment

Pros: A lovely, modern apartment, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities. It is spacious and includes all the utilities you might need, such as a washing machine, cooker, and fridge, making it easy to cook for yourself. Neil, the owner, was excellent. He was a very kind and helpful host who assisted us almost every day through messages, giving us great suggestions on places to visit around Rome as well as recommendations for where to eat and other useful tips. It’s a lively and comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Pros: The quality of the apartment inside was exceptional. The host was informative and helpful. Location was easy for public transport. Everything was provided in the apartment that we needed. Close to restaurant and supermarket. The apartment was exceptionally clean.

Cons: The cluttered and untidy car park out the front of the building. The balcony overlooked the car park so we didnt use it.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The property was clean and nice, the location was very good for our trip. The host is very friendly and helpful, he has sent us all information possible proactively.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location was perfect for our needs. Trains, trams and buses only a 5 minute walk away. Neill was a perfect host, offering us loads of information and tips.

Pros: Totally faultless. Every aspect of our booking was seamless primarily due to the actions of our host Neill who provided clear location instructions, transport options / guides and met us onsite when we arrived. Neill’s ongoing tips and suggestions for our Rome visit were invaluable. Fantastic, modern apartment with everything you need and located within an easy walk to the transport hub “Trastevere” with train, tram and bus terminal all connecting there. 100% would stay here again …. YOUR HOME IN ROME !!

EXCELLENT!

Pros: Me and my partner stayed and Rome for 4 nights. The apartment (and the owner) was a great choice. It has all you need. Very big and comfortable. Balcony is excellent. It has two exits, from the living room and from the bedroom. Also a nice collection of tea was waiting for us, and coffee including coffee machine and capsules. Its location is great. it has Metro nearby. Direct train from and to the airport. When we arrived, the owner, Neill met and gave us the keys to the apartment. Here, we knew a unique owner, that really care about the stay of his costumers and want their good. He was very friendly, and gave us a lot of extremely useful tips and save us a lot and contribute significantly to our staying. Actually we noticed that Neill is unique much earlier, at the stage we booked the apartment. We had a few questions at the booking stage, and the reply was very informative and valuable. We certainly recommend on that apartment. We had very good stay there. Great choice.

Lovely week in Roma - I recommend staying in SPQR Luxury Appartments

Pros: Very good location, 5 minutes walk from Roma Trastevere train station, bus terminus plus the area is very well connected by bus to the city center (from Piazza della Radio) A very functional and very well equipped apartment - all necessary things at hand. Comfortable bedroom, spacious living room and great balcony for morning breakfast. A neighborhood with everything you need - Pewex grocery store (5 min), tabaccherria downstairs, around the corner (2 min - great espresso & cannoli), local restaurant (Papa Re - next to tabaccheria)

Pros: The apartment was fully renovated and felt like absolute luxury. The location was fantastic and Neill was an amazing host who gave us lots of recommendations and tips.

Pros: Completely new apartment, beautiful design, perfectly equipped, also for a longer stay. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The train station is nearby, so everything can be reached in a few minutes. Two minutes away there is a supermarket, cafe, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, safe neighborhood. The host is very attentive and helpful. I recommend to everyone!
