Laura's Brother - Close to St. John's Basilica

Pros: I really liked the terrace and the fact that we had space in front of the windows - it is not obvious in such a crowded city as Rome, in one of my prior visit our windows overlooked a closed courtyard with neighbours windows everywhere. Very creative design solutions! It is a space with soul. It was nice to be there. Very responsive and proactive host!

Cons: Lack of dishwasher;-) It is third floor without an elevator, which might be tough for older guests or families with children.

I love this apartment so much, I'll be staying there again.

Pros: The location was excellent for me, close to downtown of San Giovanni where I thrive with my shopping. (And it was sales). The apartment itself is a little treasure. I felt as if I was in a cabin right in the middle of the city. Cozy, but yet spacious enough to have my girlfriends over. It was very clean and neat. And they had everything needed for me to feel as if it was my home. Actually IT IS my home! Everybody stay away! That's how much I enjoyed it. The balcony is out of this world. I was there in February, and I'm jealous of those who get to spend warmer days there...

Cons: So the key handle to the apartment door is actually so easy that for me it was complicated. It took me some time to get a grip on it, (and I can't be the only one) so I was very frustrated about it the first few days. When you leave you dont need to close it. It closes by itself. Then when you open it, you just turn it to the right and then you press a little. Just put your back into it. The first night I was there I was freezing to death, because they forgot to turn on the heater system. So I had no heated water nor any heat in the apartment itself. BUT as soon as I told them the situation they sent someone to fix it, and then after that the apartment was very warm and cozy. Another thing to keep in mind. There is a train going right outside there, and it's quite nosy. You'll get used to it, but at first I found it a bit annoying.

Pros: Perfect location .. Beautiful terrace and everything you need in apartment.Very kind host

Pros: Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie z pięknym tarasem, urządzone z sercem. Było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Blisko metra, przystanku autobusowego i pięknego parku.

Cons: Jeśli ktoś lubi idealnie wyremontowane mieszkania to mogą mu przeszkadzać pewne niedociągnięcia, np. wanna, ale dla nas nie było to problemem. Zaraz obok znajdują się tory, ale również do sporadycznego hałasu można się przyzwyczaić.

В целом было комфортно и приятно. Все что в минусах перечислено, это мелочи.

Pros: Отличное расположение,близко к метро и автобусной остановке. Рядом супермаркет. Да и в целом не далеко от центра. Приятная терраса.

Cons: Железная дорога очень близко, постоянный шум поездов. С не привычки слышится сильно, позже привыкаешь. Душевая Лейка заслуживает отдельного внимания, ее пора поменять.

Pros: ・自炊が不自由なく出来て良い ・ベランダで食事が出来たりタバコが吸えたりして良い ・近くにスーパーがあるのも良い 良いところを書こうとするとスペースが足りない

Cons: ・エレベーターが無いのでキャリーケースを持ち上げるのが大変 ・カモメがうるさい

Pros: Objekt je na odlicnoj lokaciji,blizina metroa i autobusa,do centra nekih 15 min.,apartman sladak,ogromna terasa prekrasno uredjena.Imali smo malih problema sa toplom vodom ali je vlasnik problem rjesio u 15 min.Sve odlicno!

Pros: Tutto perfetto! La metro è a 5 minuti a piedi. L’appartamento ha tutto ciò che può servire, non manca nulla. Ed è veramente carino!

Cons: Dover usare un link per poter aprire la porta dell’appartamento ogni volta. Stando tutto il giorno fuori il mio cellulare si scaricava, ma dovevo stare attenta a tenerlo acceso altrimenti sarei rimasta bloccata fuori casa!

Pros: Die Lage ist toll und die Wohnung mit vielen schönen Details eingerichtet. Sie ist urig und sehr gemütlich, ein besonderes Highlight ist die tolle Terrasse.
