Pros: Amazing communication with the owners of the apartment. Great location, superb recommendation’s in the guide when we got to the apartment. Lovely and clean, comfortable stay for 6 of us, just the right amount of amenities for a short 5 day break.

Comfortable, cool, quiet apartment for a larger family, in a convenient location

Pros: Great location, close to Colosseum, transport, and grocery stores. Wonderfully quiet inside the apartment. Comfortable spacious bedrooms and cupboard storage. Living room cool and large but underfurnished. Good bathrooms and towels. Good aircon (absent in one bedroom, where a fan is supplied). Basic kitchen condiments (oil, salt, coffee etc) and washing powder supplied and appreciated. Tap water potable. Some maintenance issues were quickly addressed when reported. Kind, responsive owner, who supplied some useful local advice.

Cons: Unfortunate miscommunication of property number had us hauling suitcases up and down the long road in the heat of the day, on arrival. However owner was quickly responsive. Kitchen was undersupplied with pots, ovenware, salad bowls etc - made simple catering for a family of 5 tricky.

Pros: Loved the apartment, really spacious, excellent location, very clean & quiet and great communication from the owners. We really appreciated their tour guide folder, full of useful information.

Romo in 3 days

Pros: Communication was good very fast to respond. Easy collection and drop of keys. Excellent location for us. Easy reach to some fantastic restaurants

Cons: It's a difficult question to answer. May be a tea towel for drying up. This apartment was fantastic and made possible some fantastic memories.

Excellent location for exploring Rome

Pros: Perfect location for exploring Rome. Colosseum and metro station a short walk away. The property had everything that we needed and the host kept in contact with us during our stay.

Cons: An additional extension lead would have been nice but it didn’t affect our stay.

Spacious unit, an awesome location but poor access and shower facilities

Pros: -Location was amazing a few hundred meters from the Colosseum. -3 big bedrooms - Spacious living and kitchen areas - communication with the host was very good

Cons: - If you have lots of luggage like we did with a family of 5, you will have to take it up many flights of stairs - The showers have little standing room and take your own soap
