Pros: The location was fantastic. Our host Alessandro was extremely helpful and also had great restaurant recommendations. He also arranged a transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia at much better rate than local taxis. The Colosseum is a few minutes walk from the apartment along with many great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.👍👍👍😎

Cons: Two flights of stairs to carry luggage up.

Pros: Everything! Alessandro was a fab host, arranging transfers and advising where we could leave luggage after check out. All made for the perfect stay to revisit Rome. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The small nest at the Coliseum was perfect! It was so cute and charming with everything we needed! It has a great aircon, a very comfortable bed and it was very clean overall. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we needed to go, or it was a quick walk to a train station. Alessandro was amazing with his suggestions and recommendations. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome one day!

Roman Holiday

Pros: Our stay at The Small Nest At the Colososseum was very good thanks to the wonderful Alessandro. He is a very kind host who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The room was surprisingly big and well equipped. The air-conditioning is very good and if you planing on going to Rome in June you are going to need it. It's location is excellent. You can see the colosseum at the end of the street. It really is a very good place to start your Roman Holiday. Many thanks to Lucia who picked us up and also dropped us off at the airport. This was very convenient. I can fully recommend staying here.

Pros: Wow ! What a find.... everything was perfect ! The location is incredible, so close to the Colloseum and Forum. The tram and bus stop are a few steps away which makes exploring a breeze. The apartment was clean, well laid out and perfect for our needs. Great air-con, which is a must for Rome. But the most special thing was our host, Alessandro. He was so kind to us, so helpful and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. He provided a transfer from the airport for us, he also recommended some amazing places to eat, all of which were stunning. Alessandro clearly cares about his guests, his property and ensuring everything is perfect. We will be back....... I thought we'd simply booked somewhere nice to stay in Rome, but it turns out we found a hidden gem.

Pros: Close to cafes and coliseum.Alexander was very good at organisation and reliable. He booked taxis for us to get to train station and the place was spotless.

Cons: The hot water ran out each night.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner. Great location. Comfortable bed.

Pros: You can find the bus just near the appartement The small super markets, bars and restaurants are just near And the price is really reasonable ^^

Pros: Great location and comfy bed. But the best thing about the stay was Alessandro, our host. He couldn't have been more helpful. Great communication and helpful with tips on places to eat and things to see which was great as ours was just a fleeting visit. Also provided an airport shuttle at reasonable price which made life so much easier... particularly as there was a public transport strike on our arrival.
