Perfect for sightseeing

Pros: The owner is very kind. The house is close to public transport. We were satisfied with everything, the kitchen equipment is very good. We recommend it to everyone

Good value for money and perfect public transport connection

Pros: Very good value for money! A little bit outside of the city center but very good public transport connection (metro and bus stop direct in front oft the door)

Cons: A little bit noisy in the night. We left the windows closed during the night because it was too loud otherwise. And even with closed windows you hear some noise from the street and when other people enter or leave the building (closing doors). But not as much that I could not sleep well.

Great stay in Rome!

Pros: Great accommodation right in front of the metro station, in 15-20 min we could reach the center (also many bus options available). Our host, Pietro, was excellent, provided all necessary information; communication was very easy. The building is organized and clean, and the accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and cozy. I can only recommend and would easily stay there again in a next trip to Rome!

Cons: Nothing really, it was great for our purpose. Do have in mind that this is a small accommodation (kitchen is adapted), so it works for basic cooking needs for example. All as described in Booking :-)

Pros: The location is very good and the host is very nice and always ready to help with anything needed. The location has many amenities, such as an iron, hair dryer, etc. Even though the location is a little further from the center, this was not a problem at all, since right next to it you have the metro and bus that can take you directly to the center

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The host Pietro is very polite and responsive, he explained everything about the apartment to us and even gave us a recommendation for good restaurants to eat around. The apartment is located in a nice building. The bathroom is large. The bed was very comfortable and we managed to get a good night's sleep after the long walks in Rome. The kitchen has everything we need. The most convenient thing is that right in front of the apartment building is the B1 metro line, which takes you directly to Termini station, the center and the Colosseum. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Cons: Poorly soundproofed walls

Pros: We sincerely enjoyed our stay in La casa di Emi! The apartment is very nice and clean, it is well equipped. We needed an iron and Pietro kindly brought it together with an ironing board! The location is also nice, the metro station is right in front of the house. We really appreciated that the host was waiting for us, although we arrived a bit later than planned. He explained everything and was always in touch if we needed something. We'll definitely stay in this apartment if we go to Rome again.

Pros: I loved everything! The apartment is small and cozy, super clean and welcoming, Pietro the host was super attentive and reached out before the arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. Helped me with tips for storage etc. The location is great! Just 12 min by metro from the center, super easy to get to all of the touristic places. I would totally go back to stay in casa di Emy :)
