Spacy appartment for two couples with great location
Pros: Great central location, few minutes from train station if you arrive by train from airport. We booked a taxi through booking.com with no problem. Great with the terrasse especially during the evening, due to many asian hornets during the day. The view is not that good from the balcony since you only look over on the backside of the Opera house, however a charm that you can hear the opera singers rehearse😀 The view in the photo is from the kitchen.

Pros: Nice place to stay in Rome, closed to everywhere. Only a few blocks from Termini, but in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighbourhood with restaurants and a main street plenty of shops. The apartment is very confortable, quick check in and check out, without complications. They let us to get in before the time. Thanks

Nice stay
Pros: Location: excellent. Close to Termini central train station. Near many popular attractions. We enjoyed walking to Trevi Fountain. Friendly and punctual staff. Nice kitchen view. The balcony is great. We washed our clothes and hung the clothes on the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped — you can even find a first aid box inside it. Minor problems: 1. you need to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs, without elevator. 2. the circuit breaker tripped while we used the washing machine and air-conditioners at the same time; or while we used the water boiler and air-conditioners at the same time. No such problem after we only used the washing machine after turning off all air conditioners.

The apartment was the perfect base for our week in Rome - a very comfortable home away from home.
Pros: The location was super - less than ten minutes from Termini Station and 15 minutes from Colloseum, Trevi Fountan and other attractions. The apartment was large and spacious, and on the top level of an apartment building. There is also a very large and comfortable private terrace.
Cons: The beds were very comfortable, although the extra bed was too small for an older teenager or adult. With the apartment on the fifth floor, and a two person lift only reaching the third floor, this might be a consideration for some travellers, although it did not worry us, and the apartment was worth the extra stairs of climbing!

Sehr großes Appartement in top Lage – ideal für Familien
Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr groß und bietet viel Platz – perfekt für Familien. Besonders gefallen haben uns das geräumige Wohnzimmer sowie die Terrasse, auf der man gut entspannen kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend: sehr gut angebunden, mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Bahnhof ist schnell erreichbar, und die Verbindung zum Flughafen ist sehr praktisch.
Cons: Nach dem Aufzug muss man noch Treppen steigen. Für uns war das kein Problem, für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder mit Kinderwagen könnte es jedoch unpraktisch sein. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten renoviert werden. Auch die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

Inmejorable!
Pros: Absolutamente todo! La localización, inmejorable, a diez minutos caminando de todo. El apartamento, súper amplio y limpio, con todos los servicios necesarios y más!
Cons: La única pega, es el último tramo de las escaleras, que tiene que ser a pie, aunque es perfectamente asumible.

Appartement mémorable et charmant au coeur de Rome
Pros: Emplacement idéal pour les visites touristiques. Prés des métros et bus mais aussi pour se déplacer à pied. Appartement trés grand, décoré avec goût et comfortable. Deux salles de bains, chambres bien indépendantes et immense canapé. Belle lumiére.
Cons: Ascenseur délicieusement rétro mais trés petit (2 personnes) et s'arrêtant au troisiéme avec deux étages à pied assez raides. Appartement ancien avec charme donc certains équipements un peu vétustes (éléctricité, chasses d'eau, pression d'eau....) sans pour autant nuire à la qualité du séjour

Pros: Puiki vieta, visur galima nueiti pėsčiomis. Butas erdvus, idealus keturių žmonių grupei. Yra visko, ko gali prireikti. Tikrai geras išplanavimas. Ir labai malonu vakarais laiką leisti didelėje terasoje.
Cons: Reikėtų papildomo didelio veidrodžio, kad būtų galima apžiūrėti save visu ūgiu. 😀
