Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent. The apartment is in a very good location close to the train station.

Cons: There is no lift for the property which is on the first floor.

A comfortable home in centre of Rome .

Pros: Very spacious and homely property with good basic amenities like good coffee pods , kitchen utensils , washing machine . Very central location near the main train station.

Cons: Nothing at all . The entrance with pin was a bit cumbersome , but once we entered the apartment and had keys handed on the table it was all good .

Great

Pros: All was as described. I liked that we could check in online before arrival and the keyless entry in the appartment. Supermarkets and bus stations ate few steps away. Very close to Roma Termini. Fabiano was friendly and contactible at all times, though we didn't bothered him very much. We had a great time.

Cons: Too many homeless arround. But, that's everywhere in Rome (from what I have experienced).

Pros: Le camere da letto molto ampie e luminose, in generale tutto l'appartamento bel arredato.

Pros: La ubicación y el ambiente. El piso está bien ubicado, tiene la estación de termini al lado, que te permite viajar a cualquier lado de la ciudad, además, los alrededores tienen bares, supermercados, farmacias y tiene bastante vida. En cuanto al piso, se nota que han hecho una reforma, las camas no son las más cómodas del mundo, pero se descansa bien, además hay aparato de frío y calor que se agradece bastante. Muy bien equipado con mantas y toallas. Sin duda volvería alojarme.

Cons: Un poco ruidosa por la noche.

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma organizzato in ogni spazio. Due camere matrimoniali ampie oltre a cucina e lavanderia super attrezzate. Anche a piedi risulta facile raggiungere luoghi da visitare.
