Pros: Excellent stay at Daplace! Location is top, easy to get everywhere by walking distance. The flat was really clean, plenty of towels, complementary coffee and olive oil, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. The hosts Roberta and Emilio were very accommodating and communication was very straightforward. 5 stars

Pros: - friendly host who gave us a warm welcome - lots of space and facilities - location is perfect to discover Rome

Cons: Cleaning could have done a bit better: floor was a little dirty (we saw that on our feet) and we found a mushroom on the floor that was not ours. All the rest (bathroom, kitchen...) was clean.

Pros: Don’t be fooled by the price, this is genuinely a beautiful apartment. The host was so helpful, answered all of our questions and was amazing. Great trip and this made it even better.

Cons: Lift is a bit small, so with a large group was difficult to all fit into it. Lots of stairs !

MUY AMPLIO, BUENA UBICACIÓN CON ALGUNOS DETALLES A MEJORAR

Pros: La ubicación excelente, el apartamento muy amplio, ideal para grupos grandes, los baños muy bien.

Cons: Los colchones un poco duros para mi gusto, bastante ruido por la noche. Las ventanas no aislan los suficiente el ruido y no hay mucha presión de agua en las duchas.
