iFlat Bright Brand New 2-Bedroom Apt in Monti

Veni, vidi, vici! Friendly hosts, great location, prosecco as a birthday gift, and a comfy stay :)

Pros: We had a really nice stay. We were celebrating a birthday, and they gave us two bottles of prosecco as a complimentary gift. There was plenty of space in the rooms, and the apartment is in a good location, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. We had air conditioning in every room, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, towels, and toiletries.

Cons: Refreshing the wall paint in the apartment would be a suggestion, but otherwise, the price was completely justifiable for the location and the conditions.

Large apartment for a family with a lift!

Pros: The apartment has been renovated. The beds and linen were nice and comfortable. It was a close walk to Roma Termini station. There is a lift to the top floor but you need to walk a few steps to get to the lift door. The two bathrooms were convenient. Handy to have a kitchen. If you are needing space to accommodate a family this is ideal. The apartment was clean and presentable. The iflat team were very helpful via text with any questions.

Cons: Being on the top floor the ceilings were raked and made the rooms feel a little small as the windows were quite high off the floor. Going into the kitchen and both bathrooms there is a step up where the floor has been raised. This could make accessibility tricky. It made the apartment feel small from a height perspective. We had an issue with the hot water system being on. The iflat team were great to help with the issue. We were able to get hot water for the shower unfortunately the water pressure was low. There wasn’t enough water coming out of the shower head. This was disappointing as after a long day walking you really would like a good shower. Rinsing shampoo out of long hair would be hard. I would recommend a plumber to check both showers for water pressure.

Pros: Great location near to all main attractions. Lovely restaurants with in 5 to 10min walking.

Pros: Byla jsem ubytováná na tři noci. Při příjezdu bylo vše připravené, všude čisto. Káva i kapsle do myčky k použití. Velmi jsme ocenili dvě koupelny. Komunikace ohledně ubytování s panem Emanuelem naprosto vynikající. Psala jsem mu i pozdě večer, přesto byl milý. V domě je klid. Ani v noci nás nebudil žádný hluk z ulice. Lokalita je perfektní, klidná, bezpečná. Doporučuji.

Cons: Museli jsme dokupovat toaletní papír. Nebyl na doplnění.

Pros: El apartamento estaba como nuevo, totalmente equipado y todo muy limpio. Éramos 6pax y el espacio era perfecto.

Cons: La presión del agua caliente era muy baja y los colchones eran tal vez demasiado blandos.

Endroit bien situé pour visiter à pied Rome !!

Pros: Petit-déjeuner non inclus, mais un très bon caffé avec tout ce dont on a besoin à 15 mètres de l’entrée de l’appartement, le café latté 👍 À l’arrivée la rue “via” était achalandée, mais pas bruyante. famille avec 3 enfants et tout se fait facilement à pied: gare, Colisée,restos, Cathédrale, etc… Lits confortables et climatisation adéquate, les 2 salles de bains; un must !! Aucun regrets !!
