Great place to stay while discovering Rome!
Pros: The best thing about the apartment is placement - just next to the bus line 881 which goes directly under Vatican City. Apartment itself is very nice and cosy - great for 2-3 people with max 4. Private parking spot in the garage under the building is available. Owner is very communicative and helpful.
Cons: Only thing is the sofa in the living room which is not so great for 2 people, but for few nights it's not a problem.

Really cool place, well situated near aquapark and airport
Pros: The appartment was nice and clean and very well equipped all works as it have to... The wait for us on time we made and showed us all we needed... Ideal for 3-4 family members as there are 2 comfortable and spacy beds for 4 persons.. from terras is nice view to park and forest and during summer you can enjoy lovely sunset with glass of wine

Small but accomodating
Pros: The apartment was very nice and equipped with everything one could need (salt, sugar, oil, extra blankets). There was a terrace. It felt safe and was in good kocation. The city centre was easily accessible via bus (ticket can be purchased on the bus with credit card). There was also a garage we used to park our car and store bicycles. All the info was provided and Alessandro was kind and welcoming.
Cons: We were left waiting for an hour before we were met by Alessandro. Apparently it was because some kind of emergency and we arrived after official check-in hours, so I can't really complain. They kept in touch during that time via WhatsApp so it wasn't a big issue for us, but maybe having some kind of option to do self check-in would be nice. Another thing is that the kitchen was quite small for 4 people and we kept bumping into each other when one was washing the dishes, another one needed something in the fridge and the next one wanted to throw the trash into the bin.

Pros: Casa accogliente, zona molto tranquilla. A pochi passi da un supermercato e un ristorante. Per chi viene in macchina, ottimo posto auto. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Леко разочарование
Pros: Хубав апартамент, но да се помисли за нормална печка в кухнята.
Cons: Далече от центъра, над 1 час пътуване с автобуси в едната посока. Трудно придвижване от и до летище с градски транспорт - сменяне на минимум 3 превозни средства и повече от 2 часа и половина време. Изгубен е ключа от едната входна врата на блока и трябваше да се влиза през гаража за което не бяхме предупредени.

Pros: Le logement est confortable, le parking est aisée, l'emplacement est calme et bien desservi notamment par le bus 881. Les équipements sont de bonnes qualités.
Cons: Nous avons eu un souci de clé de garage et de batiment mais notre hôte n'a pas pu nous dépanner malgré une première tentative. Nous n'avons pas pu garer notre véhicule à l'intérieur mais le parking extérieur n'est pas une difficulté.

Pros: War alles in Ordnung. Nichts aussergewöhnliches... Weder speziell gut noch speziell schlecht. Kann man gut machen.
Cons: Badewanne und Toilette wären zeitnah zu renovieren. Aber es funktioniert alles, wenn auch etwas mühsam...

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Accanto c’è un supermercato e una gelateria con ottimi gelati a buon prezzo. Collegamento con il centro, in particolare con il Vaticano, molto comodo. Soprattutto, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con posto auto in garage. Consiglio vivamente a chi viene a Roma con la propria auto!
