Barbara Sweet Home - Appartamento Intero

Pros: The Apartament is located close (5 minutes walking distance) to tram and bus stops what makes it convenient to get to the City Centre. Metro station is located within 10-15 walking distance from the apartment. You can find also market with many grocery shops 5 minutes from the apartment and supermarket Conad 10 minutes from the apartment. We booked the apartment for a familly (4 people) and it was great choice as the apartment contains 2 bedrooms with double-beds and living room with a sofa. It made our stay very comfortable. The Kitchen was equipped with food for breakfast what was a positive surprise (thank you for that, Barbara!). Communication with the host was great, we were instructed what to do and morover Barbara informed us in advance about public transport strike planned for one day during our stay. It helped us to plan the whole day. The apartment was very clean and cosy :)

Cons: People staying in the apartment need to take info consideration the location. It takes around 1 hour to get to the City Centre. For us it was not a problem (we did it intentionally) however it is worth to mention it here.

Pros: Amazing place where we felt ourself as in personal home! Thanks a lot Barbara, we really loved your hospitality!

Pros: Barbara is extremely nice host. She prepared everything for our stay and was rėady to help any time. She organized transfer for us (we came late at night). We found everything we needed for breakfast - pastry, pasta, milk, eggs, juices, etc. Thank you.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Barbera Sweet Home! The apartment was beautifully decorated, well-arranged, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and thoughtfully organized, making our stay very comfortable. Our four kids absolutely loved the apartment and enjoyed it a lot! The breakfast was decent, and overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families and anyone looking for a nice and welcoming stay.

Great owner contact and apartment size

Pros: - Great size of apartment - Comfortable beds - Clean and well equipped - Easy contact with the owner - Lift and easy access for family with small kids

Cons: - Annoying neighbours - Location is not bad but during our stay metro C was off and trains from Roma Prenestina not so frequent - Park nearby bit dirty and area not nicest but quiet and no troubles, ok for sleep and commute to centre

Rzymska przygoda z dziećmi i dziadkami.

Pros: The apartment provided us with a full fridge of delicacies. The location is a bit far from the center but the bus connection is very convenient. The metro is a bit further but it was closed on the day of our stay. The owner is very helpful and informed us about all the important events in the city and helped with arranging transport to the airport. The apartment is very clean, ideal for a larger group of tourists. One of my better stays in Italy. I will definitely go back there.

Cons: Neighbors intervened due to children playing loudly. It was morning hours but the building clearly transmits a lot of noise.

Perfect place to stay with nice ambience

Pros: Everything was in good shape.. Cleanliness, ambience etc

Cons: Just 3 things.. May be for elder people a little walk but nothing to do with the apartment itself, it is what it is. If there would have been a wiper for water cleanliness in bathroom, that would be great.

Pobyt idealny.

Pros: Apartament idealny dla rodziny. Od samego początku mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką p. Barbarą. Dostaliśmy informacje jak odebrać klucze, czekał na nas pakiet powitalny :) Jedzenie i zaopatrzenie lodówki było ponad nasze oczekiwania. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, łazienka przestronna. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Mimo, że apartament jest lekko na uboczu to blisko jest tramwaj, autobusy i metro. Można szybko się dostać do centrum również pociągiem. Miejsca parkingowe są pod dostatkiem pod samym praktycznie budynkiem. W apartamencie są ulotki, mapy i przewodniki - właścicielka zadbała o wszystko. Bardzo polecamy i z pewnością skorzystamy ponownie z noclegu.

Cons: Jedynym minusem był sąsiad zza ściany, który się denerwował i stukał w ścianę salonu jak słyszał nasze rozmowy. Przy trójce dzieci ciężko utrzymać ciszę. Problem zdarzył się kilka razy, ale tylko w salonie jadalnym. Nie ma w tym żadnej winy właściciela apartamentu.

Apparemment et hôte exceptionnels

Pros: Magnifique appartement avec une propriétaire exceptionnelle. Barbara a été super. Échanges parfaits et explications super pour accéder et arriver à l'appartement. Les attentions pour notre arrivée était très gentilles et très agréables. Encore merci à Barbara. Nous recommandons Barbara sweet home à tous.
