A short, but very pleasant stay
Pros: A very nice, quaint and modern apartment, with all the ammenities one could need. It's really close to the bus, metro, and also, to the airport shuttle bus stop. Ther's a large hypermarket nearby, a Mcdonald's, and other shops (including gelato). The check-in&check-out procedures were very convenient, and the owners were very communicative. Thank you, Valentina&Mauro for letting us do an early check-in, it was of great help.
Cons: We only stayed one night

Good for a few days stay in Rome
Pros: The house was sufficient for a nice stay in Rome. The kitchen is good, there is a huge supermarket nearby and the metro is just a few meters away, so it makes it very close to all relevant places in the city. The house has a good size. There is also sufficient parking around the apartment. Do the online check-in when you are texted by the hosts.
Cons: The house is a basement and near a very moved street, so it gets noisy. As others mentioned, the bathroom / shower is not easy and confortable.

The BEST
Pros: I loved everything about the place but moreover the host is the best host you can find. So polite, so responsive and totally helpful. I felt as if I had an AI assistant that I could easily text for just anything. Zoe is superb! The location is brilliant...if not one of the best and convenient places I've stayed and everything we needed was so local to us.
Cons: The only thing was the shower..due to there being no glass or door the toilet gets really wet but then again that can always be wiped

Pros: Casa accogliente, non mancava assolutamente nulla! Metro a due passi! Host disponibilissimi e sempre presenti! Vista la disponibilità dell’appartamento ci hanno prolungato il check out fino alle 18! Fantastici!

Pros: Sve je kao na slikama.Domaćini su veoma ljubazni,izašli su nam u susret ranijeg ulaska u apartman,jer smo rano sleteli.U apartmanu je jako udobno,čisto,sve ima što je potrebno.Mislilo se o svakom detalju.S obzirom da je u podrumu i da je prozor na ulici,domaćin je u tu sobu stavio prečišćivač vazduha.Aparat za kafu,ketler,pegla,fen,posudje novo,peškiri novi.Lokacija top.Povezana sa aerodromom,autobuskim i metro linijama.Za svaku preporuku.
Cons: Apartmanu jedino nedostaje terasa,ali pošto je podrum onda je to nemoguće.Velika je buka od ulice,ali kad se prozor zatvori ništa se ne čuje.

Piacevole, sicuramente torneremo
Pros: Ottima posizione, comoda a tutti i servizi, metro, bus, supermercati, ristoranti.
Cons: Forse un po' scomodo il bagno, ma capibile perché avevano poco spazio per poterne fare uno più grande. Non c'era lo stendino per il bucato, come indicato nel annuncio.
