Pros: First of all, I want to thank a very kind woman who was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is in good condition, spacious, with air conditioning, the coolness is maintained in all rooms. A few steps away, literally 100 meters away, there is a metro line A, just a couple of stops to the Vatican and a little more to the very center. There is a wonderful supermarket right next to the apartment. There is an elevator in the building. In short , 10/10

Pros: Proprietor Muodi is a very good friendly person and available for any needed situations.
Cons: When check out there was no proper place to drop keys. If we have to leave the key inside the apartment, it's better they could have a little box with the drop key sign.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros: La posizione molto strategica e comoda per chi si deve muovere con i mezzi, a quattro passi dalla metro. Sotto casa praticamente ci si può trovare tutto,dai vari negozi al supermercato,dal bar al McDonald. Ottima sistemazione per un gruppo di 5/6 persone,perché di fatto i posti letto sono 5 più un divano per una sola persona. Fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici che possono servire( lavatrice,lavastoviglie,ferro da stiro,ecc)e di ascensore.Le persone con le quali ho avuto contatto disponibilissime e gentilissime,soprattutto la signora Iris,dolcissima e sempre reperibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli lì fino al pomeriggio così da consentirci di muoverci più facilmente.
Cons: L’unico neo a mio parere sono i materassi che andrebbero cambiati, non sono comodissimi.

Pros: Bardzo przyzwoity apartament, świetna lokalizacja (tuż obok linii metra A, stacja Cornelia), mieszkanie w typowym budynku rzymskich przedmieści, można poczuć się prawie jak Rzymianin. W pobliżu gastronomia, dobry supermarket, wszystko, czego potrzeba.
Cons: W apartamencie przydałyby się dodatkowe koce i ręczniki.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a Roma e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’appartamento è accogliente, curato e in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Iris, che con grande disponibilità e gentilezza ha aspettato i nostri tempi e ci ha accolti con un sorriso, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Це було дуже гарно, дуже вдячні господарю за те що тримають таку гарну квартиру з гарною атмосферою!
Pros: Все це просто шикарне, один з кращих наших відпочинків, якщо я повернусь в Рим то це однозначно буде це місце, дуже привітливо господарі які лояльні і з усім допомогають якщо ви шукаєте відпочинок ціна/якість це те що вам потрібно моя оцінка 10/10

Pros: La vicinanza alla metro, spazio grande e con tante disposizioni posto letto, proprietaria molto cordiale e gentile, disponibile per la consegna delle chiavi anche se con poco preavviso.
Cons: Tutto perfetto, un consiglio date un riguardo in piu alla pulizia delle polveri.

I liked the place. It had all I needed.
Pros: It had everything i needed. If i had a question , i just contact the owner and he helps me. It’s near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, the bus and metro.
