Guilia Charme a charming place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Loved the location and amenities nearby, Supermarket, pasticcerie, gelateria, panificio & eateries. Lived the vibe of the neighbourhood, we were within easy walking g distance to all the main sights, it was pleasurable just to wander the little streets nearby & see artisan shops. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was great to be able to break up the day, come back to the apartment, relax, eat, cook. Rest & recharge before going out again.

Cons: Conflicting and confusing multiple texts & emails re; transfer pick up location post our confirmation pick up & time from Fiumicino , they went to Termini! Staff on phone were rude, told us someone would meet us at apartment but there was no one came. Bedding needs improvement. Only 2 sheets, no underlay on mattress, and it didn't feel hygienic. Additional items would be useful; chopping board, and washing machine. Most importantly, we were not told about the works that were happening outside our doorstep, they were rebuilding the piazza, noise at 6.00 am with Jack hammers & excavators.

Central flat close to all the most famous sites

Pros: Central, very good communication with the staff. The flat is bright, with comfortable bed and sofa. The staff was also super kind and let us leave our luggage after the check out. The flat is within walking distance to all the main attractions, we didn't use transportation. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars around.

It was a good Rome stay experience.

Pros: The location of the property is great, within walking distance of many historical sites and restaurants. There are many places around where you can meet your needs. Additionally, many things you will need (kitchenware, towels, shampoo, etc.) are available at the facility.

Cons: We had a heating problem during our stay. The heaters were not on 24/7, and we could not use the air conditioning because it did not have a remote control. Except for this situation, we had an overall pleasant accommodation experience.

Pros: beautiful old building and a very nice flat as such with light rooms, beautiful ceilings. large bathroom with good light. comfortable bed. Over all a very nice flat with great locatuon on a amall piazza

Cons: sofa bed not that comfortable and air conditioning could have been better. kitchen not that well equipped.

Pros: It was a very comfortable apartment in perfect location. Close to most touristic attractions. Never had to use a public transport.

Cons: It was quite difficult to have balance between hot and cold water in the shower

Perfect location, beautiful old roman charm, really good quality

Pros: Location and quality 10/10, old building in very good shape in quarter with unique historical charm. 10 min walking distance to Trastevere, 5 min to Piazza Navona, very nice pasticceria just next corner (can see it through the window). Big pluss for owner who let us to check in 11 o'clock :) Easy communication.
