Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and close to public transportation. It’s very convenient, down the street there’s a shop, and across the road there’s the most delicious pizza.

Clean and modern apartment

Pros: Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. Friendly and helpful host. We liked that there was a couple of grocery stores around the corner and the metro was also very close.

Cons: Only comment would be the wifi was a little weak and we were unable to get the tv in the lounge to connect to streaming services.

Pros: Accommodation 5 min walk from Bologna metro station. Clean and very nicely furnished apartment. Room cleaning could be done daily, upon request.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this place in Rome—definitely a 10/10! 🌟 The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made our stay even more special. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy atmosphere to the little touches that made a difference. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city with ease while also enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We truly appreciate the hospitality and care that went into making this place so exceptional. Highly recommended—we would love to stay here again!

Pros: I liked everything, this apartment is the TOP of Hospitality and I would suggest to everyone. The price I paid is lower with what the Apartment and the Management offers.

Beautiful Rome apartment

Pros: Great apartment, actually one of the best we ever stayed in. The neighbourhood is a bit upscale with beautiful buildings yet mostly quiet, only 2mins to piazza bologna with metro and buses for the whole city. In the neighbourhood a couple of great restaurants, much better than in the center. The building and the apartment is beautiful, seems newly renovated and is decorated with great style,, very comfy, clean. Everyday you get free cleaning and refill of coffee pods (you can opt out) and bunch of other small things as a plus as well. We stayed for full 7 days, they even let us to check out late last day, although they also have cabinets for luggage keeping.

Cons: Door opening for the first time was frustrating (remote check in) :) actually the only problem were the owner/manager instructions which were terrible with some code then push for entering the apartment. You actually need to just type the code and turn far most right as possible and then push. He had some 90 degrees logic that doesnt work at all.

Pros: Bellissima zona molto sicura pulita e moderna ha superato qualsiasi aspettativa è stato bellissimo

Pros: Buona posizione in un quartiere tranquillo e dotato di servizi. L'appartamento è vicino alla stazione metro, raggiungibile in un paio di minuti a piedi, posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e le zone turistiche della città. Appartamento pulito e ben fornito, il costo include il servizio di pulizia quotidiano tipo albergo. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. L'host è molto disponibile e risponde velocemente.

Pros: Ottima posizione, ambiente accogliente e curato, abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza anticipata per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Un piccolo problema al wi-fi è stato prontamente risolto nonostante l'ora di pranzo di una domenica.
