Pros: Lovely clean property, spacious, near Bologna Metro station. Lovely eateries close by. Hosts catered for all needs, absolutely stunning

Pros: A fabulous find. Great location only 5 mins walk from Metro, and only a few stops from Rome centre. Locally cafes, bars, shops as you walk out the door. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay with fully fitted kitchen

Pros: Excellent location - metro Bologna pretty close. Very nice, quiet but vivid neighborhood with shops, restaurants, cafes...easy to live though not many tourists around, mostly local people. The apartment is fully equiped, Appreciated AC and fan, kitchen, bathroom...everything clean and just practical. Communication with the host easy, quick and friendly. I can recommend this host and apartment as perfect place to be when visiting Rome!!!

Pros: I can highly recommend staying at this place! The host was really nice and helpful. The place was really clean and lovely. They even left a nice welcoming gift for us 🥰 they provided bath cosmetics, coffee machine (nespresso) with capsules and a lot of towels. You can find there anything you will need during your stay. And the price for this kind of stay is really low, especially that it's grat location near the metro station. I will definitely come back there! ❤

Pros: Lokalizacja,miła domowa atmosfera w apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba na dole lokale ,plus za Stacje Metro Bolonia przez to dostęp do całego Rzymu Polecamy 😃💪

Pros: Deși apartamentul este situat intr-o clădire veche si s-au păstrat elementele vechi (ușile - deranjeaza mai ales noaptea pentru ca se închid greu și inevitabil trezești pe toată lumea , parchetul din dormitor este din lemn si nu este reconditionat, așa că scârțâie și se aud toți pașii, mozaic pe jos), este decorat cu gust, curat și potrivit pentru o familie cu un copil (2 copii, dacă unul doarme în camera părinților sau pe canapea, în living).

Cons: Apartamentul este situat la etajul 1, deasupra unui restaurant, astfel că mirosul din interior este insuportabil și nu se poate aerisi din cauza faptului că hotele restaurantului sunt montate sub ferestrele apartamentului, deci mirosul bucatariei restaurantului ajunge tot în locuință. Oferta pe care am platit-o a fost cu mic dejun...doar că acesta nu a existat. Am gasit în bucătărie, o farfurie cu ceva dulciuri - 2 rulade, 8 napolitane si o punguța cu mini croissant, 8 capsule pentru cafea si o sticla cu apa, toate pentru 4 zile și 3 persoane. Cand am contactat proprietarii, ni s-a spus că \
