Good

Pros: Most of the things were perfect.. Location is great, close and walkable to everything.Living room is very spacious and and whole apartment was clean..Host was easy contacted and communication was on the level.. And view from the little balcony is very cute..

Cons: The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and also the sink in the bathroom is not working the best. And also doors for entering the building and apartment are small so somenone with huge luggage would have a problems

Pros: The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to all famous landmarks.

Cons: Property is on the 4th floor and the building doesn’t have a lift. It would be specifically difficult to access for people with limited mobility or have young children. But it wasn’t too bad for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment.

Pros: The location and size of this property are fantastic. Everything you need is included, and you’re literally a two minute stroll to piazza Navona. The managers were wonderful and helpful and communication with them was super easy.

Cons: People have commented on the steps to get up to the apartment and I definitely underestimated how steep and how many there would be!

Pros: Apartment is quite big for two. There is a mini kitchen. AC in living room. Spacious bathroom. Good location.

Cons: There was a broken sofa in the living room. Balcony is very small and only with one chair. Looked more like a place to store brooms. Bedroom was very hot as AC only in living room. Apartment is on upper floor with no lift and a lot stairs. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Pros: Loved our stay on the top floor apartment overlooking the roof tops of Rome very near the Piazza Navona. Effective air conditioning in the main room with sofa bed, fan in bedroom. Grace and team were very welcoming and accommodating for earlier check in and late check out and option to store luggage. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and great shower. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: No lift but this was expected but 94 steps up to level 4 is no easy feat with luggage!!

Pros: Perfect location. Easy walk to all the major spots. The apartment building is one minute walk from Piaza Navona but is in a quite lane. Very helpful staff and host. They helped us for early check-in.

Cons: Need to go up stairway. No elevator which is isn't unusual in these old district.
