Pros: Quartier très sympa. Laura très réactive suite aux problèmes de coupure de courant. Appartement très bien situé et accessible.

Cons: Lit trop petit et matelas trop dur. Appartement un peu trop sombre mais compensé par un éclairage très lumineux. Le problème électrique étant connu prévoir dès le début le moyen de remettre le disjoncteur en marche. Clé de la cave
