Pros: Very nice apartment, well equipped with everything we needed. Carlo was very friendly and helpful. The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with good connections to the center of Rome.

A truly unique object in Rome.
Pros: The apartment is very cosy and comfortable - you have everything there you can expect in a rented apartment, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is nicely fubrished, all furniture pieces have their unique style and taste, in fact, the place is like a museum (in a good way!). Wi-Fi works great, this is also a plus. The apartment is on a 4th floor and the widnows go for the inner courtyard, so it is really quiet at night and evenings. Air-coditioning works superbly, with three different AC pieces you can adjust it to your needs very flexibly. The apartment is located outside of the main touristic Rome area, but the public transportation is great here, so I would consider it a plus, not a minus. The host, Carlo, is exceptionally nice and interesting person. You will definitely find a common tongue with him. I whole-heartedly recommend renting this place!
Cons: The place is fantastic, no minuses :).

Pros: Carlo was perfect us an advise, the location is easy to fine because we took a taxi from the airport
Cons: It's perfect for a short or long stay. It was a business trip for us but the apartment could easily be used from families.

Pros: the apartment has everything you need, it is noticeable that the owner did it as if it was for himself.
Cons: difficult to find a parking space. there are a lot of cars around and there may be free space in three houses and without video surveillance, where you will not be calm about your car. The store near the house closes early.

Pros: The host, Carlo was extremely kind, warm, and helpful. He ensured our stay was comfortable throughout by providing recommendations regarding local food and transport. The apartment is well-connected as it has a bus stop right outside which makes the metro station accessible for those who do not prefer to walk and also makes it easy to reach the city centre. The location was quiet and away from the crowded areas of Rome which made it extremely desirable.
