Excellent value, very clean and peaceful stay, easy check-in

Pros: Great apartment about a 10-minute walk from the metro, offering excellent value for money. The communication with Valeria regarding check-in and key handover was smooth and efficient. The building’s interior was exceptionally clean and very quiet – we could hardly hear any street noise. The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. We appreciated the coffee and water provided upon arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was available, including a well-equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies – nothing was missing.

Cons: The only minor detail was the very bright white lighting throughout the apartment, which felt a bit harsh in the evening. It’s just a small thing, but warmer lights would make the space even more comfortable at night.

I’m very satsified with my stay and i recommend it to everyone

Pros: Me and my daughters absolutely loved out time at the apartament it was so clean, very spacious, comfortable and placed in a nice and peaceful location.

Cons: We only missed basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper and oil as well as washing machine detergent but other than that everything was provided.

Just Perfect

Pros: The cleanest and most comfortable apartment I have stayed so far. The apartment is located near a crossroad but there is no outside noise. The host was super kind and helpful. There is literally nothing negative to commend on. Definitely recommend!

Pobyt udany w 100%! Napewno serdecznie polecam First Floor Apartament!

Pros: Przestronny, wygodny apartament. Bardzo wygodne łóżka po całym dniu maszerowania po Rzymie spało się znakomicie! No i bliskość metra bardzo istotna. Koło metra Bazylika Św. Pawła koniecznie do zobaczenia.

Cons: Troszkę mało wyposażenia, brakowało czajnika, kubków. Ale to nic co by sprawiało większy problem.
