We had a wonderful rest after hours of walking around Rome.

Pros: A very clean, bright, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. The hosts are very pleasant and responsive, answering our questions very quickly and in great detail. Everything in the apartment is new and comfortable. The bedrooms have wide, comfortable beds, Smart TVs, and the kitchen is excellently equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a variety of dishes, including wine glasses. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious, with a shower cabin, hygiene amenities, a large mirror, and an electric hairdryer. Access to the building is very simple and secure. Excellent location - the Papal Basilica is a 15-minute walk, the metro station is 10 minutes away, and the supermarket is a 5-minute walk. We had a wonderful rest after hours of walking around Rome.

Cons: We didn’t notice any significant drawbacks.

Pros: I liked the location due to easy metro access, it was near restaurants and the apartment was very clean. It was also very convenient that it is near grocery stores.

Cons: The lift was bit narrow , at a time only 3 people can use, The Nukia app is used to open the entrance gate, which cause bit stress as the phone looses the power or data it may not allow the entrance to the building .but everything went very well.

Pros: Tutto. Veramente confortevole ed accogliente e vicinissimo al Bambin Gesù.

Cons: Nulla. Tutto era perfetto per noi

Pros: Tutto. Ci hanno coccolati soddisfacendo tutte le nostre richieste. La disponibilità e la cura anche dei particolari fanno di questa la struttura la migliore in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato.

Cons: Nulla. Era tutto veramente secondo le nostre aspettative anzi di più

Прекрасная квартира для семьи!

Pros: Очень чисто, свежий стильный ремонт, отличное оборудование. Удобное расположение: рядом магазин, метро в центр, электричка к морю. Квартира оставила прекрасное впечатление! Если поедем снова в Рим, поселимся там же.

Cons: Бойлера чуть-чуть не хватало на шестерых - последний мылся уже в холодной воде, но это не большая проблема после прогулки по жаре. Хозяин пишет только по-итальянски, даже если ему писать по-английски. Из-за ошибок перевода инструкции были не совсем понятны. Но с этим мы справились.

Pros: La struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima. Siamo stati davvero bene e ci sono tutti i confort, inoltre è un una posizione ottimale a 5 Min dalla fermata della metro B

Çok iyi bir tesiste , iyi bir Roma tatili geçirdik.

Pros: İtalya tatilimizde en çok beğendiğimiz tesisti,Odaları çok geniş ve 4 kişinin konaklaması için yeterliğdi.Evin giriş holü çıok şıktı.Beyaz eşyaları ve mutfak eşyaları çok ve yeterliydi.Banyo çok temiz ve genişti.

Cons: Şehir vergisinin fiyat içinde olmaması.

Pros: Struttura accogliente, nuovissima e pulitissima. Proprietari meravigliosi e attenti ad ogni esigenza.

Bella casa moderna

Pros: Casa molto pulita, comoda e spaziosa, perfetta per famiglie o due coppie di amici. Dietro l'angolo bar, tabacchi e ristorante, supermercato a pochi passi. I proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Letti comodi, terrazzina e aria condizionata.

Cons: Non ho niente da ridire, la posizione della casa è ovviamente fuori dal centro, ma ne eravamo consapevoli. È stato economico raggiungere il centro storico in taxi, e anche le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono vicinissimi alla casa. L'unica cosa è che metterei un po' di sale, olio e zucchero in cucina a disposizione degli ospiti.
