Much, much better than any hotel room at a fair price. Clearly recommended

Pros: 130qm spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in a great location next to the Piazza Navone. Very helpful host allowing us for a late check out exceptionally, which helped us to visit the basilica still in the morning.

Cons: Overall a bit dark inside. Lamps could be replaced to modern LED f.e. Also an upgrade to a stronger WiFi would be worthwhile. Streaming is not what I do in holidays normally, but is valuable for guests, especially at Olympic Time. Music from the bar was mentioned before, however 2 of 3 bedrooms were entirely silent. We slept perfectly.

This was a fantastic apartment in many ways but if you stay, you will definitely need ear-plugs.

Pros: The location of the apartment adjacent to Piazza Navona was perfect. The property was well and comfortably furnished. 2 x large and good bathrooms.

Cons: The bar opposite plays music extremely loudly until approx. 2.30am every night. It was nearly impossibly to sleep in the master bedroom or in the sitting room on the sofa-bed. I was sleeping on the mezzanine one room back and it was still quite loud.

Piazza Navona Apartment

Pros: Location, Location, Location. Big apartment for a family or group of friends. Great to be v.near cafes for breakfast, atmospheric bars and restaurants. Just off Piazza Navona.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, double height ceilings, three bedrooms and a fitted kitchen. The location was excellent for seeing the sights of Rome. Check in was super easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family break in Rome.

Pros: How lucky we were to celebrate Christmas in this beautiful apartment! It felt like a small palazzo, with its authentic charm and perfect location just steps from Piazza Navona. The thoughtful Christmas decorations made it extra festive and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A truly unforgettable experience—highly recommended!

Pros: central location, clean, spacious , luxurious. lots of viewing options on the tv in multiple languages

Cons: could use more lights, an extra towel or two, tea towel and plug for kitchen sink, microwave and washing machine to put it over the top. neighbourhood music plays until late in the night. recycle instructions in english

Pros: Location, location location! The Appartment is large, airy, well air conditioned and well equipped. The main thing is the location though you are central to everything a 20min walk to both the colosseum and Vatican City with everything else on the door step. Small mini market downstairs for water, milk etc. Gelato, Zupli and Pizza across the street available at take away and restaurants and bars on your door step.

Cons: I just think a few extra tips from the owners would help. We arrived in a bank holiday so the taxis weren’t running in the airport. It would have been nice to know when I asked about costs from the airport. The entrance is between a shop and a bar and not immediately obvious so a picture of the door would help. A welcome pack with water, milk would have been useful as we arrived late after the mini market had closed. WiFi I eventually sorted the WiFi but had to do a reset and reboot myself and then the details changed from those provided. Given the age of the building and the thickness of the walls you don’t get a phone signal so WiFi was essential - especially if meeting others.

Pros: First, the location was great for tourists to explore sightseeing spots. When I messaged to ask about check-in and any concerns, the staff responded promptly. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
