Pros: The location is central, 20 min walk from all the main touristic points

Pros: The location is fantastic and the apartment is nicely renovated, it is also very well provided. Host is kind and very responsive. Thank you!

Cons: There was a bit of mould around the shower screen. We are a family of 5. The bed in the second room is not suitable for 2 people. It’s a king single bed. However you can accommodate 2 people in the sofa bed in the living room but there is quite a bit of noise at night ( not surprising if you choose to be in that great location, half a block to Piazza Navona and host provides earplugs)

Centrally located modern 2 bedroom apartment

Pros: The apartment is centrally located in the town centre and is very close to every attraction and many restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The inside of the apartment was beautifully remodelled. Very modern and contained all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed out stay here.

Cons: The apartment is directly above the street, and there are shops and restaurants lining the street so the front lounge area which had a sofa bed was quite noisy at night. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was a large single so with 2 older children we needed to use the sofa bed. It was the prefect apartment if you don't need to use the lounge area for sleeping.

Excellent clean & modern with fab location

Pros: The apartment is exactly like the photographs. It’s bright, modern and in an excellent location for exploring the sights and restaurants. The air conditioning is excellent. It has 2 bathrooms with 2 showers which was perfect for our stay. Beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Towels supplied and honestly was lovely. The host was lovely with all correspondence and quick with responses. Very accommodating.

Cons: Nothing, just be aware that being on the 3rd floor there’s many steps but we knew this before booking and it was worth it for the location and this apartment. Bit noisy in the lounge of an evening but again to be expected and didn’t bother us.

Great location

Pros: Location is perfect for walking arround the city for sightseeing in all directions. Nice apartment, well equiped.

Cons: The noise from the restaurants was pretty loud in the evening, specially if you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. In the bedroom it was ok.

Unos días estupendos

Pros: El piso es nuevo, está limpio, toallas, jabón todo perfeto. Tiene mucho menaje y electrodomésticos. La ubicación es inmejorable

Cons: Hay enchufes de tres clavijas, pero la tostadora, cafetera, secador... que hay en la casa, son para uno de dos y no tienen adaptador. Aunque se supone que hay dos camas de matrimonio, en verdad sólo lo es una de ellas, porque la otra es de 105. No hay ascensor.

Posizione strategica ed appartamento davvero confortevole dopo una giornata da turista!

Pros: Posizione Top! Ristoranti, gelaterie, market, pasticceria.. tutto sotto casa. Proprietari discreti (cosa che noi apprezziamo davvero molto) ma pronti a dare una mano se necessario. I nostri tre giorni a Roma sono stati piacevolissimi grazie anche una location così confortevole! Consiglio!

Very happy with our stay!

Pros: The space was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with two separate bedrooms and two baths. There was a nice, functional kitchen with everything one might desire for breakfasts and preparing simple meals. The living room was very nice, with a sofabed and television, and it could be closed off to provide extra sleeping space. The neighborhood was just a block off the Piazza Navona, full of restaurants, and easily walkable to any location in the historic center.

Cons: I didn't mind it, but people should be aware that it is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is not it, but the windows did a good job sealing out the noise.

A good experience with a couple of caveats for some travelers.

Pros: The apartment itself is lovely and refined, well prepared and presented.

Cons: It was not a huge issue for us but some travelers should just know that the location, while central and full of everything you want and need, is quite noisy. Fortunately the bedrooms are away from the street. Also, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th in the Italian way of identifying floors) and walking up and down those with bags was not an easy feat.
