Pros: The property was in a great location, close to landmarks but still away from the crowds. The master bedroom was amazing. The mezzanine upstairs has a single bed and downstairs a sofa bed. The host was very helpful and attentive. He even attended to answer queries we had about access which was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, with a great and helpful host. In the centre of Rome, but very peaceful.
Pros: The style of the apartment. Plenty of beds. Good size. Good communication with the host. Snacks and water to welcome us.
Cons: Small ants in the bathroom, Having the kitchen utensils away from the kitchen. Lack of plugs in the kitchen.

Pros: The apartment is easy to locate and the check in process is extremely easy, the host is very fast in responding to the massages, Location is perfect, walking distance everywhere ( the collesium, trevi fountain, via del corso etc). All around you have restaurants and shops. The apartment is super clean with all facilities we needed for our 3 day stay.

great host, good price and apartment in Rome.
Pros: great location, elevator in the building, apartment overall was good, quiet, well decorated, high ceilings, mezzanine is a good second bedroom. great communication with the host. we had an issue with the shower drain and the host sent someone to fix right away.
Cons: mattresses were too hard. we couldn't figure out how to make the AC to work, after adjusting thermostat temperature never changed.

Pros: Great location and walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow. The video sent prior to check in made it very simple. Apartment had an elevator but there were still a few stairs before you got to the elevator. The bathroom was small but clean, water pressure could have been better but water pressure seems to be a common problem in Europe. This apartment was a great base for our family whilst we visited Rome. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Excellent location. Close to all facilities. Hosts were great.
Cons: The method of entry was tedious and difficult. Thanks goodness our daughter was there as my husband and I would not have been able to get in.Not technically knowledgable .Had no service for our phones.

Good for a couple with up to two kids
Pros: Good location, 5-10m walking distance from some of the main landmarks - The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Spacious bedroom, high ceilings. Air conditioning/heating system works very nice. Two subway stations and a bus station in close proximity. Some supermarkets/shops in 10m walking distance as well (mostly downhill though).
Cons: No microwave. The dishwasher wasn't working, and there was a bad smell coming from it (fixed to some extent after a complaint to our host, but I think if it's not used, it's the sewer/drainage system that's the problem). The living room becomes kind of small when the couch has been turned into a bed. The electric sockets do not work with Shuko plugs. Noise - windows are old, wooden, single glazed. The apartment is not on a high traffic street, but some traffic noises could still be heard, as well as the opening/closing of the courtyard gate and the clanking when the trash bins which were pulled over the pavement to somewhere Monday morning.
