A very enjoyable and comfortable stay with a great location for sightseeing

Pros: Great location, close to the Vatican. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean.

Cons: Unfortunately there were building repair works going on to the exterior of the property during the day 8am - 4pm which were quite noisy

Pros: Any issues were dealt with straight away. The owners were very accommodating when we needed to store our luggage. The location was great just a stones throw from the Vatican and the train station.

Pros: Great stay and so convenient with two bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, dark at night. Heating worked. It had everything we’d ever need. Top location, super quiet.

Cons: There was construction on one side of the building, so watch out for possible noise (we didn’t experience any!) Having to use your phone/code to get into the apartment was tiring.

I highly recommend this place.

Pros: What I appreciated most about this property was its unbeatable proximity to the Vatican, which was my primary reason for visiting Rime. The location also offers plenty of nearby restaurant options and a large Carrefour supermarket, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and having two bathrooms in the apartment was an outstanding convenience. Another highlight was the small elevator, which, though compact, was incredibly helpful, especially for anyone with mobility challenges.

Cons: The building had a few drawbacks. Renovations were underway, with scaffolding inside that reduced natural light. This meant keeping shutters closed most of the time, except in front-facing rooms. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about the renovation work, which started at 7:30 AM on weekdays and caused some noise, though weekends were quiet. Soundproofing between apartments was poor; we could hear upstairs neighbors walking. However, with windows closed in winter, street noise was minimal, and the area itself was peaceful. Lastly, the insistence on meeting the first day to pay the city tax felt rigid—a more flexible approach would have been appreciated.

Cons: Shower heads worn/damaged , spraying water on to ceilings,floors.No signage on the gate outside, had a trouble to find a flat.

Pros: Fantastic location close to the Vatican. The apartment is extremely spacious, and worked really well for our family of 5, having 2 stunning bathrooms as well. Our host Davide was very helpful, and went out of his way to help us with our planning of where to go, and how to get there. Can thoroughly recommend a stay at this property.
