Whatever are its cons, the place has a great price- fair value ratio.

Pros: Location and the building. Beds and mattress. Customer support.

Cons: Typical issues for all Italian places: relatively superficial cleaning which accumulates over time, wonderful acoustics and thin walls which make you hear everything that goes on in the building, and outside of it, as well as some ventilation issues and bathroom smell.

Fairly nice apartment, if you can cope with almost 0 water pressure

Pros: I got a message with the building code and the apartment code, as well as the instructions how to find and check-in to the apartment. Oh and having 2 separate bathrooms was a nice bonus as well.

Cons: Several of the things that are mentioned that we disliked or that were wrong in the apartment description 1. The elevator did not work. This was not a big deal for us personally, but if someone with troubles climbing stares were to book it this could cause trouble. 2. There was no washing machine 3. The coach in the kitchen is very uncomfortable to sleep on. 4. Water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible to take a shower in mornings. And hot water lasted several minutes at best.

Pros: Very clean and lots of room. It's in a good location too. Right next to a tram stop straight to the colloseum.

Perfect family stay, very comfortable.

Pros: Check in process was seamless, We booked at 1930 and had entry by 2030. The place was very clean.

Cons: We liked the place but no laundry equipment. Not much of a problem as we could have used a local laundry.
