Amazing

Pros: The location is safely well located & 1 min walk to the metro & it is clean & with big room, kitchen & toilet. The kitchen have a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, boiling water flask & washing machine. The staff’s Alessandra is very helpful & caring & allow me for early check in at 2pm instead of 4pm.

Cons: If will be perfect if the kitchen has a electric stove for cooking.

A wonderful stay in beautiful Rome.

Pros: Firstly the host Alessandra was very welcoming and provided really useful information and suggestions about our visit and was always available if we had any questions. The location was excellent...short walk to the Colosseum and many other sights and an even shorter walk to the nearest Metro station. Really close to a great restaurant which we ate at a couple of times. The accommodation had a first floor view onto the street below and a neat elevator for luggage. Bathroom was impeccable. Only minor issue was not have immediate access to water but bathroom which was ours alone, was a couple of steps away. A great stay!

Kind host full of hospitality and love.

Pros: Excellent location. Less than 200m from the entrance to Vittorio Emanuele Metro subway station. Catch the Metro 1 line heading to Batistita to go to the Vatican (stop at Ottaviano San Pietro), Barberini (Fountain of Trevi). One station away from Roma Termini. Or catch the buses using tap and go with your credit card. Around the corner is Trattoria Vecchia Roma. Open at night only and need to book. Excellent Roma Buccatini pasta, Cotoletta \

Cons: Our bathroom is separate from the bedroom. But we had exclusive use of the separated bathroom. The bidet is tricky. I had to ask Alessandra how to turn it on. Apparently there are two taps. One tap is obvious because you can see its a tap. but the other tap is the actual holder of the bidet \

Would recommend to others anytime.

Pros: Great location, close to Termini, Maria Maggiore Basilica, excellent Fassi Gelateria etc. Allesandra was extremely helpful. Only one level up with lift and very secure. Just big enough for 2 for a couple of days. Very good bathroom facilities.

Cons: A little more space for suitcases would be nice.

Great location in a city where you don't want to be sitting in your room.

Pros: Location, Location, Location. It was right in the centre of the city, close to the the central train station (so an easy transfer from the airport) and within an easy walk of the main attractions in the centre of Rome. The room itself was big enough, all we really needed as we had no intention to sit in our room. There is an old lift but I found it just as easy to climb the stairs. I'd be happy to stay here again if I visited Rome again.

Cons: Nothing so much about the premises, as it was what we expected. The only weird thing is that bottle water in Rome tastes odd. It was only in Rome that we found this, and it was both in the bottled water we had kindly left for us when we arrived, as well as soon of the water we purchased. I don't know why, but bottled water in Rome tastes earthy. However, Rome is filled with free flowing water across the city, that was cool and refreshing (which was great as it was 39 degrees).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this quirky, well presented apartment.

Pros: The location was brilliant, great vibe with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Walking distance to many attractions. Alessandro and Sabrina were very helpful and friendly and the apartment was spotless. There was a lift for our luggage which is always a bonus after travelling for 24 hours

Cons: Beds and bedding could have been a little better.

Pros: Accommodation close to metro station/bus stops and in walking distance from Termini and Colosseo. Supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Really nice and helpful owner, she told us all the details about the surroundings and great tips for our stay. The room is quite small, but there was everything we needed.

Cons: It might take a while to find the best way of opening/closing the bathroom door.

Very happy.

Pros: Lovely room, very clean and the host was just lovely. She was very thoughtful and even left a birthday gift on our door for my husband's birthday. Room was spacious and clean and in a great location.

Cons: Only downside was the separate toilet as you have to lock and unlock this with a key each time. But you get use to it quickly and the toilet is still only for your use so very clean.
